The customer service I received from Cory was five stars. He listened to my problems and got a complete picture of the situation. In the end an exchange was made. I plan to shop for big purchases at this location from now on.

Showroom help and plumbing advice top notch! Especially Lee in the showroom, fantastic advice on plumbing considerations and options as well as in-depth product line knowedge! Fixtures do cost more than Lowes/HD, etc. but well worth it if you value higher quality fixtures.
