We had some serious problems with Assurent and we felt there was a Lack of honesty. We went in to T-Mobile and met with Dalin, Layton Office manager, who completely resolved everything. It was truly amazing and we cannot commend Dalin high enough. What an exemplary representative of T-Mobile.

Keep your receipts for years. They have no record of my purchase and refuse to swap my warranted screen protector. Funny how they have replaced it several times and now they have no record.

There's a guy that works here named Alex. I came in asking questions about a possible upgrade. Everyone knows times are hard, however, as soon as he saw that my account was past due he acted even more like he didn't care about what I had to say.. I could gear the annoyance in his voice even past him cutting me short when I tried to be kind and form a rapport with him. Idk, really makes me want to switch to Verizon since my bf got a way better deal and a better experience when he tried doing the same thing

Very disrespectful and didn't attend us for 60 mins when they could it was going to take another 30 mins. We have two kids and they were all attending people when we came in but people went of front of us and they didn't care! Never coming back to this store. We love T-Mobile but everyone in this store needs to be taught how customer support works!

Customer service is a mixed bag. You get taken care of and wait times vary. You'll be told things to buy product that aren't accurate. So do your research before going in and have an idea of what you are looking for before you are told your S23 ultra will have 16gb of ram. They only come with 12.

Dalin was wonderful! He was very helpful, attentive, and considerate of my situation replacing my teenaged son's phone. Did everything he could to help me out. Was patient with me, and maintained a positive and pleasant attitude even thought I was holding him up as customers were coming in. Very disappointed, I went there to find a hotspot with ethernet capabilities and they told me they no longer had anything that would provide an ethernet connection. They said the showroom model was no longer available and that they did not have any on stock. I asked them if they could call around to other stores, but they told me the numbers were in Google Maps and I could call them. I went home and located the devices on T-Mobile's website but I don't think I will purchase from them, I liked Sprint better.

We get the home Internet through T-Mobile and it works great and such an easy set up. Only issue is we can't seem to creat an account even after talking with an employee and customer care.
