Zero selection of adult or children’s stomach medicine as of 1/8. No spot for it very disappointing to not have something basic offered.

This pharmacy is great, the techs and pharmacists are awesome. Great experience. But, they are a busy location and pharmacy (the industry) has changed in the last few years making it so techs and pharmacists are overworked with less help and more work with vaccines (techs now can get certification, but that means they are away from other duties). Retail pharmacists have been overworked for decades. Even with filling machines and the amount of employees they have, they are STILL working when they should be taking a break. They are simply overworked and all these reviews show it. If Kroger invested in their employees, this would be one of the best pharmacies to go to. They could utilize what they have. It is simply corporate cannibalism of their own pharmacy after they ate up local, small pharmacies that could have taken the excess in vaccines and other dispersants of medications on back order for unknown timelines.

I just called and spoke with a tech about my Rx's and the person who answered was really rude and impatient with me. I was being extremely polite but this person made me feel like I was a nuisance for trying to figure an issue. Very unprofessional and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I’d leave zero stars if possible. I’m switching ALL prescriptions to another pharmacy. The service has seriously gone down over the last couple years. I’ve had issues every time I’ve tried to fill a prescription. Text confirmation is hit or miss. They’re consistently out of some prescriptions (and never communicate this) the insurance wasn’t on file (never communicated, just neglected to fill prescriptions) I am only made aware of issues when I go to pickup. Just called and confirmed my prescription was ready, arrived with 15 minutes till closing time and their drive thru was “closed” why? There’s still 15 minutes before the end of their shift. The only consistency we can count on is the staff to be lazy. These are people’s medications, some life saving. The entire staff needs customer service training.

I’ve always had such great service from both the Pharmacy and Grocery employees. It’s a clean and efficient store so I’m not sure why there are so many low ratings. My guess is that the people with a normal good experience aren’t as inclined to go out of their way to leave a review. I wanted to bring special attention and thanks to Michelle at the Pharmacy for giving me such exceptional service today. On top of being kind and helpful, she went out of her way to help me with a discount RX card for my prescriptions. It’s amazing employees like her, who make Smith’s my go to grocery and pharmacy. I could go to Walmart for slightly cheaper prices, but the great employees and clean store make sightly higher prices so worth it. Thank you so much Michelle!

Shopped at this location for many years. Always terrible customer, well at least for me when shopping at the meat and seafood department... 4/21/2023 went to the meat and seafood department. Served by the same young male with attitude to black shopper. Known because my white girlfriend has no issues with attitude when she gets seafood. Sold spoiled salmon tonight. House stink of rotten fish.Tried numerous times to call customer service but I get transferred to the pharmacy department. Would love my $37.66 back....
