We had heard about these types of beds and it was nice to go in and give them a test drive.Unlike other mattress stores these beds adjust on both sides which makes picking a mattress so much easier.I appreciated our sales person, Gary, who was helpful without being pushy and knowledgeable about their products.

We had such a great experience here. The sales associates are very no pressure and super knowledgeable. We ended up with a split king adjustable bed which has been excellent for both me and my husband. Best sleep in years! We will definitely go back next time we're looking for another bed or mattress.

DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER BED. WORST BED I HAVE EVER OWNED. THEY SAY YOU GET A 15 YEAR WARRANTY AND THAT'S GARBAGE. WARRANTY IS PRO RATED. AFTER LESS THAN 4 YEARS FOAM HAS BROKEN DOWN AND THEY WANT $700 TO REPLACE FOAM AROUND THE BED. ABSOLUTELY OBSURD THAT THEY WANT THIS MUCH AND IT IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A WARRANTY. THIS BED IS LITERALLY CHEAP FOAM AND AN AIR MATTRESS. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. I WISH I NEVER EVER HEARD OF SLEEP NUMBER!!

We have an old sleep# so stopped by to see what's new. Sleep "representative" was GREAT, helped us find the PERFECT set up. Adjustable, heating, cooling, the works! Seemed perfect till we got the quote...$8.5K yeah that's right $8500???!!! She must have thought that was MY Porsche out side instead of my VW.Experience was great, just out of price range. Give em a try though! You'll definitely find what you're looking for, weather ya can afford it is a different question...

This review isn’t against this location. It’s against the bed, concept, and service in general. I don’t recommend going with these. If you got to move, you’ll find yourself with a flat bed. And trying to get any help to reconnect your bed or any other thing that may go wrong with technology will be hours of of your time waiting to try to get a hold of someone. I have spent over an hour just today.I wish I would have gone with a bed I could just move and set up. I’ve been without a working bed for three nights now.

I came in looking for a new mattress and didn’t know much about the Sleep Number beds. The sales associate was very helpful and had a ton of info on the product. I wasn’t ready to purchase that day but the salesperson wasn’t pushy at all and was very understanding. Great experience

We bought a split king set of mattresses and ask that they be setup with individual pumps so we could separate them and use them If the sleep number didn’t help my husbands back.This was not a good hit for my husband and we found another mattress that decreased his pain. We went to switch the mattress with my son and found that they had delivered a dual pump rather than the individual pumps requested. Now I can only use one of my very expensive mattresses.Super disappointed!

We bought a very expensive bed and when we had it set up, it was missing the hardware to attach the headboard.Then they said it wasn’t included. The sales lady refused to talk to my husband and he had to go to another store, to find out another 2 weeks later, it’s on back order. I’m very happy with my side of the bed, but my husband has had to change his setting and still isn’t very comfortable. We’ve had the bed almost 3 months and still don’t have the headboard attached to the bed.

I went in to the Farmington store on Monday to upgrade my 10 year old sleep number bed. It has by far been the best bed for me and my husband ever. Matt was awesome and did a great job answering my questions about the different models. I can tell you that I am confident we made the right choice with the i8 model. You just can't put a price on a great nights sleep and I know it will be worth every penny. Thanks a ton Matt, I can't wait for my new bed to arrive!

Buyer beware. This is a glorified air mattress. Platform was damaged upon delivery and is supposed to be non-refundable, because of the “technical set up involved”. They agreed to take allow us to return it with a $500 re-stocking and $199 delivery fee. Not sure why we have to pay for them to “re-stock” an item THEY damaged and won’t be able to re-sell. But we will be happy to have it out of house!

Brenda is what makes this store shine! She was fun and knowledgeable about the beds and accessories. We purchased an I8 bed and honestly a new bed (that costs quite a bit) is a big decision. We were very appreciative that Brenda answered every question, did not rush or push us and then helped us when we made our decision. She's a delight! At the end of our experience we felt as though we wanted to go on vacation with her! Great store! Wonderful Service!
