I would like to know why your gas is not cheaper than Walmart? I pay for a membership to have cheaper gas and you rarely provide that.

I love shopping at Sams. I’m a plus member for years. Stood in line for 15 minutes and asked a coworker to put in some pizzas while I’m in line that by the time I’m up front it’s already ready and she basically said no. She gave me the zigzag answer which she could’ve just said no. It is terrible cause they don’t answer their phones, the oven had nothing going in or coming out which is why I asked. But it is one of my kids favorite pizza place so here I am in line for 20 minutes then gotta wait for another 20 minutes for it to be ready. Not the service I expected from Sams Club and there were a lot of workers. Some were just standing around doing nothing. Terrible service at the cafe!

I went to Sam's to purchase denim capris like the denim leggings they sell. They used to have them but no longer do for the past few years. I wish you would bring them back.

The store was not what I expect from Sam's club. The restrooms were dirty.The cafe area was filthy.The service was slow and it was hard to find anybody to answer questions.

We went into purchase a shed. Knowing it was an oversized item, we started with customer service. Ann was our person. She was fantastic.
We were able to arrange for pick up the following day, when it was best for us. She even took down our phone number so she could call if there were any issues.
It was the simplest and fastest purchase I’ve ever made at any large store.
And the following day, the shed was easily pick up and exactly where she told us it would be.
