This pharmacy is great, the techs and pharmacists are awesome. Great experience. But, they are a busy location and pharmacy (the industry) has changed in the last few years making it so techs and pharmacists are overworked with less help and more work with vaccines (techs now can get certification, but that means they are away from other duties). Retail pharmacists have been overworked for decades. Even with filling machines and the amount of employees they have, they are STILL working when they should be taking a break. They are simply overworked and all these reviews show it. If Kroger invested in their employees, this would be one of the best pharmacies to go to. They could utilize what they have. It is simply corporate cannibalism of their own pharmacy after they ate up local, small pharmacies that could have taken the excess in vaccines and other dispersants of medications on back order for unknown timelines.

I actually Gad a great experience at this smiths. First off, the guy doing produce... EXCELLENT food sorting. Then, I was greeted kindly by Katelynn. She showed me where the table clothes were. Very great service indeed!

Best and cheapest groceries in town. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my Smith does not have a pharmacy.

Smith's used to be my go-to grocery store before I moved across town. When I was a single mom, I'd go shopping every Sunday with my girls. The employees were always so nice. Sometimes they'd give my kids stickers or candy when we were checking out. One time my youngest was screaming and throwing a fit and one of the employees offered to help me. She saved my cart full of groceries while I took my youngest outside to calm down. I loved the atmosphere and the employees...and I could always find what I needed. Also, the Smith's coupons and fuel points helped me out tremendously. Now I live across town and only stop by the smith's once in a blue moon. They have done some major remodeling and I really like it. They've swapped the floral area and Starbucks and it seems a lot more open now.Every time I stop by here, I can still find everything I need and more. The produce is really fresh and I love all the options. Yesterday we stopped by for stocking stuffers and they didn't disappoint.

What the hell. This Brian person is a joke. What bad management. What happened to the customer is always right? while I'm trying to order a drink at their Starbucks he interrupted the person taking my order she put her back to me in the middle of ordering. Then they both look at me like I'm the ass hole that's trying to spend money to support their jobs. Feeling frustrated I mentioned to the other barista that she was giving me attitude and she freaked out saying she didn't and that I was wrong the customer. Then the one that treated me like trash from the start points her finger and says you can complain over there with confidence that nothing would happen from it. Then they both start yelling and accusing me of having attitude... really what is wrong with these people? Sorry I had feelings. Sorry I felt you where rude and that I was ignored.
