I want to leave just 1 star , because the manager attitude is so wrong. Some weeks ago, we just followed a employee direction, but machine pushed my car and made scratch a lot. We got witness and Customer incident Report , but the manager naver called me and finally we met today. He told us he can't fix my car even the employee stated machine scratched my car.i just called my insurance company. I think they will do something instead of us. Anyway the service was so awful and definitely the manager has to change his service mind. I won't come again. And I want to share my bad experience here with you guys.

Having a big strong man wipe my car down was a dream come true. God, I couldn't help but ogle at the rippling muscles of his strong, sturdy arms, and at his tousled blonde hair.That night, I lay awake thinking about the kiss that could never be; for he was the washer, and I the washee. But to be held in that firm embrace, body trembling against the utter power of this man, is something I can only dream of.5/5 stars. Thank you for giving me a purpose.Oh the car wash was excellent as well.

I love the carwash. The vacuums are free and allow me to get a cheap wash while im there aswell. Logan helped me buy some air fresheners too

I went through the Layton Quick Quack on January 2, 2024. During the wash I could actually hear the side brushes scratching my vehicle. Once I was out and parked I noticed scratches all along the passenger side of my Honda Pilot. I filed an incident report with the kid working and was told the manager would get back to me by the end of the week. It has now been a week and a half and haven’t heard anything. I have called the phone number attached to the Layton location and don’t actually get a physical person but a “your wait time is two minutes” and then it turns into 6, 7, 8 minutes of waiting. I dont have time to wait around to talk to someone that was supposed to contact ME. I am very disappointed—not so much in the damage to my car—but for the lack of respect for loyal customers and lack of responsibility taken from Quick Quack management.

This location seems to have newer equipment in the wash than a few other locations at least, and I prefer it over others in my travel area.Staff is very fast to check you in and guide you into the wash.They don't always have dash wipes on hand, but are always willing to grab one or two for me.Wash is always great on my early 2000s vehicle and never has caused damage.My only gripe is the 50/50 chance of the vacuums having any real use.

Employees are decent. Not enough of them perhaps. Wash is ok. "Free" vacuums INCLUDED in the membership are a hit, miss, miss, miss. I've ,sadly, seen a employee take soms serious guff for it. Time for ownership to put some money into reworking the system to accommodate or eliminate the likelihood of objects obstructing. Memberships are not cheap, the place is plenty busy. The responsibility is yours owners.

First time through this car wash. My truck mirrors were slammed forward and backward by the spinning brushes. My right mirror was broken and split in two (see pictures) They filled out an incident report and told me someone would call within 3 days. 5 days later and still no call. I tried calling them and I just get some service that takes down the same information And I was again told they would get back to me in 3 to 5 days. My truck is a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. It's practically brand new. When they took the initial incident report, they told me they would only cover it if the vehicle was less than 3 years old. I would careful consider that if you use this car wash. I may update this if they get back to me. As of right now I would not recommend this place.

I have always had a good car wash. The vacuums are hit and miss. This one nice guy there helped me find a vacuum that worked well. Thank You Cash! Nice name and a big smile. ?

It took 1 employee OVER 10 min to help one person as there was 6 cars waiting to get in. Of the course vehicle was in the members side, so NO ONE could get thru. When asked if there was anyone else that could come check people in the employee got attitude and replied "I'm sorry you have to wait a few min!" Said with teenage attitude of not caring at all that other people need to hurry! Do better! Won't be going to the Layton QQ anytime soon.

I went to get my car washed and was concerned that all the bugs were not going to come off my car. Yahier (one of the staff members) politely told me that if the bugs done come off i can get a rewash for no charge. Not only was he super friendly he always offers me dash wipes and makes sure that my needs are met. Yahier makes that environment more friendly and we need more people like him in this world.

Worst carwash ever!! Seriously always broken I have been stuck in this thing 2 times now. Never ever an actual adult to run this car wash. Today my car was nearly pushed into the car in front of me. What a joke!! Get this location a new manager this one is a mess!!!

I live in Layton, and use the Quick Quack weekly. It is easy to use, and the staff is always helpful. I needed drying towels and asked Michael for help and he had fresh towels to me immediately. Also, I notice that the staff tries very hard to keep the line moving with fast check-in. Really appreciated when I am in a hurry.

Very good experience, staff were super friendly. One in particular named Logan Dawson was very nice and has been almost every time. I highly recommend this location for your car washing and friendly staff needs ?

This quick quack is in ROUGH shape. It’s probably due to poor management or not enough support from the corporate level. The car wash was underwhelming, (granite I did get the cheap one, so maybe I just paid for water & automated brushes. So maybe the play is to get the most expensive wash) I say that because after a wash it barely removed any of the car window markers I had on my back windshield. Upon going to the vacuums, that’s where I noticed it was in bad shape. Most the vacuums don’t work, and several are just unplugged and laying on the ground. I saw several people other then myself, park & then have to drive to another spot with working vacuums. This location could really use a tune up. Maybe they missed a schedule maintenance or something, or it could be negligence. Initially there were no towels available for use, but after myself & another gentleman went and told staff they were low on towels, one young man employee, brought out towels to restock. We appreciated that prompt service. Seems like most of the problems are with upper management putting off maintenance.
