The sales the associates are all very rude. I tired to exchange a pair of pants for a smaller size. I didn’t have my receipt, but I said that I used a phone number with purchase, they refused to do the exchange. I will never shop here again.

My daughter and I were elated that there was a PacSun inside Layton Hills Mall...
However...
Had we known that we would be entering a store with 2 girls who were inattentive, and seemed annoyed by our presence. The worst part...
Told us the dressing room was closed. What clothing store denies access to try clothes on??
My daughter and I were very disappointed. We left and went to Buckle and purchased all our clothing there. Will never go back to PacSun. Surprised that, reading the reviews, they are all similar and nothing has been done.

If I could give a negative I would. 4 kids. Sitting on the counter. On their phones. Did not even look up to see what was going on in the store. Asked to try something on and was told the fitting room was closed all weekend, while the fitting room looked very much open to me. Was also met with attitude when I told them all their pants were missed marked with the wrong description.
Will NEVER spend a dime in that store! I’ll pay double somewhere else!

I had no issues shopping here and have shopped here for years and always found what I wanted and was treated well. Each time I’ve come in they have been helpful and the employees were nice. If you like shopping at pack sun then I’d suggest giving this location a try, they have a wide selection to choose from.

This store is absolutely the worst store in the Layton mall. We were in there today and the service if that's what you call it was horrible. Not one person greeted us or even acknowledge us. I guess if we wanted help we should call their cell phones because all they did was sit on their phones. I would love for the manager to send in some silent shoppers to rate their customer service. Needless to say we spent no money their and Zumiez and Hollister got our business they know how to treat customers. Do better Pacsun!

Got the dirtiest looks the minute I walked in, got to the check out and employee was very rude. We have the same name “mikaylah” but I prefer to go by kaylah, this employee continues to say “no offense but I hate the name kaylah just never liked it I prefer to go by micky”. As a retail employee that is something to should never say even if you do feel that way, I’m not one to normally care but I would hate to have someone go in and have the same experience as I did.
