My check engine light came on and I went to the store for a scan, they told me it was the MAF sensor, Alex showed me where the sensor was and showed me how to change it myself and the problem was solved. Alex was very friendly and professional, O’reilly should have more employees like him two thumbs up ?.

Just went to replace some batteries in my boat, having just come from another auto parts store where the workers were clueless. Alex was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and even carried the batteries out to my boat for me. Give that man a raise, he was awesome!

Came by today to get a new battery for my 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback. The guy who helped me was very nice, courteous, and helpful. I forgot his name, though. Thank you again. 100% great customer service!

I placed an online order for an in stock item. While driving to the store I got a call from Alex who told me someone came in and needed the part more than me so he sold it to them. It was bold of him to assume my situation and that someone needed a part more so they sold it out from under me despite me having already paid for it. When I asked to talk to someone else in the store he laughed and told me good luck boss and hung up. This is easily one of the the most audacious and unprofessional encounters I've had. It's not fair to judge an entire store based on one employee but I can't recommend it if that's who they hire.

My brother went for brake parts. He swears by them and the car is running fine now. He changed the brakes. We didn't have to wait long at all you the purchase.
