The staff at Oakstead, Ashley and her colleagues, are incredibly friendly, professional, and very good at communicating where you are in the process and what steps need to come next. They were very easy to get into contact with and very helpful with questions and problems that come up.I had an issue and Ashley reached out to me personally and even offered to help with communication to another pharmacy. If you have your choice of where to fulfill your infusion and pharmacy needs, CHOOSE OAKSTEAD! You will not be disappointed.

They worked so hard to get my infusions at home and to get my nurse back who basically had been with me since the beginning of my Stiff Person Syndrome. The whole entire time of my infusions over the 3 day period my blood pressure was great and I’m great full they took the time and effort to do all of this for me. Thank you so much

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing each and every person at Oakstead is that I have worked with. My hat goes off to April, she is an angel in disguise and completely went above and beyond to make sure my medication was processed correctly. There were many bumps in the road and she made me feel like I was number one and is a perfect example of being a caring and committed person in the medical field. Thank you Oakstead for all that you do!!

My son gets his injections here and it’s been the best experience!! 10/10. Everyone is so wonderful and genuine.I love it but more importantly my son loves it. Of course his favorite things are the drinks and snacks!Love everything about our experience!

It has been a while since I was a patient at with Oakstead for IV therapy, but I needed to leave a review about how fabulous they are. Sadly, my insurance required I go else where, but if it were my choice I wouldn't hesitate to go to Oakstead. They have a great team and truly put their patients first. They will go above and beyond to help/assist you insurance/billing wise. And their nurses are great!Thank you oakstead! I miss being your patient :)

The entire structure of Oakstead is fully based around genuine patient care. You have no idea how intelligent and motivated this team is and their customer service is out of this world. If you want to feel like a human being and not just a number, look no further. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

I go here every eight weeks for an infusion. They are incredible. Very professional and a very comforting place. I’ve never had the nurse miss my vein once even after a year of coming here and I’ve been told many times in other places my veins are hard to find. You sit in comfortable reclining chairs. There’s a television in most rooms if you want to watch it. The staff is amazing. Everyone I’ve encountered has been great. I would highly recommend Oakstead Infusion center. They are great!!!

Today was my 2nd visit to oakstead infusion vital care. I wish I had known about this place long before now! From my first call with Robbie to today's infusion I cannot say enough great things. Robbie was friendly and more than helpful spending time to get everything figured out with my dr office and insurance. every interaction I've had here has been positive. The receptionist is awesome and both nurses I've had were great. Not only is this place MUCH cheaper than an infusion center at a hospital it's a lot more personable too. You are the priority and they make things very comfortable. If you get any type of infusion I suggest you call oakstead right now! Coming here was not only a great decision for my bank account but also my overall health and piece of mind.
