Ordered a 20’ aluminum trailer from them. Got it home and found it to be too short by 1.5’. This was totally my fault, as they made my order exactly to the specs I had requested. I simply gave them the wrong measurements. (HOW that happened is another story) I was furious with myself for being stupid, and initially thought I was going to have to sell the trailer and probably take a loss, then have to order a longer one. I called them the next day as sort of an afterthought, and had to sheepishly admit my mistake. “Have you used it yet?” No, I said, I just brought it home.To my great surprise, they agreed to take the trailer back, and I ordered the same trailer, only longer. It was done within 3 weeks, and I couldn’t be happier.Granted, I haven’t loaded it up yet, but it looks great, and is exactly how I ordered it (with CORRECT measurements this time.) Dee and Shawn were great to work with! They didn’t even make fun of me. Would 100% recommend

Said the store was open. Drove 45 minutes and got there at 11am on a weekday and the door was locked. Called them many times throughout the week and they don’t answer. Ever. Sad these people don’t want business. Went to the store multiple times after and still nothing. So sad

Traveled from Southern Utah to look at tandem trailers for my ATVs. Other dealership added extra costs when I arrived.Shawn reached out with an OTD price on a nice Tandem Aluminum 7 x 14'. Paid the extra for an aluminum trailer that is well built and to do business with a person who seems honest. The trailer pulled great back home and on a recent outing.

Very disappointed after having my four wheeler of 2 months and 460 dollars he said the carburetor and turn up was done. But the same problems were happening so gave it back to him again. After a month of it sitting at his shop I decided to take it to another shop. They said the carburetor was never fix and that was the problem the bike was having still. Very dishonest business!!!

Got alot on his plate for one guy. I paid alot of money for them to fix my four wheeler. And turns out it wasn't fixed. So brought it back and it sat for about three weeks before I decided to fix it myself, so I went and picked it up.

Work was good but he had my motorcycle for a month for a simple tune up. Also, they are super hard to get a hold of.

I took my little moto 4 in for repair as it has been setting for years. They gladly took it in and evaluated the bike and reached out for permission to repair. They helped me find the vin number and model to get it registered. My three girls was really excited to get the bike and take on the first camping trip of the year, after being quarantine the past few months. They helped us get the right size helmets for my girls. They was so happy. When we was their to pick up a bike they was thinking that it was going to be done. Nic went strait to work and finished the work so they could enjoy the weekend. My girls was very happy when I brought the bike home with me. THANK YOU so much for making my girls day and weekend a memorable one. I will be back for sure with my other small engine repairs. Too many stories of shawn not sending titles of machines to the new owners. Not sending them registrations, constantly lying and giving people the run around when they ask. There is zero reason that after 5 months a title should still be held up. Registration has been paid. Where is the registration and title Shawn? Be smart and go somewhere else

myself and america first credit union are still waiting on the title for a used snowmobile i bought in march 2019 its now 11-29-19. the credit union and i have called multi able times and no title. sale department is very bad! im filing a complaint with MVED. of utah. Update as of april 9 2020. Still no title and its has Been over a year. I did file a complaint with utah title enforcement division and arctic cat corporation back in 2019. Ive in contract with the agent of the utah title enforcement division and America first credit union. I talked to the owner shawn back in early dec 2019 and they said are filing for duplicate title. 30 days went by and still no title. More letters and calls have been made to the dealer from America first and no progress. I talked to the agent today 4-9-20 at the utah mved he got a hold of the other owner that is listed under the dealer. Apparently the other owner knows nothing about this or how long it has been going on. Funny how someone at the dealer replied to a comment below mine on the google review page 2 months ago about a different complaint and mine has been ignored.
