I have been a member of MACU for 40 yrs and never have I had as many problems as I have had this past year. My business is GREATLY impacted by the new way of holding almost all funds deposited into my account that is disrupting my ability to adequately run my business and when I call in to talk to someone about why all funds are constantly held and to get those funds released I’m given an answer that the manager simply says “he doesn’t want to”!! What do you mean you don’t want to? No reason that makes any sense just nope won’t do it don’t want to! Basically you’re telling me you have control over MY money and my only options are deal with it and wait 3+ business days to have access to my money or I take my business somewhere else! At this point it’s looking like banking somewhere else is the best option. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use MACU anymore where in the past I use to tell all my friends and family to open accounts there because it was such a good bank to work with! Not anymore! It’s a complete joke! If you want access to your money then I recommend you take your banking needs somewhere else!

Their financial department is deceptive and dishonest. Customer service is nice until you ask to speak to another department i which you get over there and they hang up on you, has happened three times. Honestly if you want a good CU that cares and will actually solve problems, avoid this institution. I have never had such a hard time just trying to resolve and issue. Working with macu has been a nightmare that I didn’t expect or want.

I have never have no issues with mountain america before.. till I came to the layton location after be waiting for minutes and talk to the women there I think her name is DANINE? Blonde hair it was terrible unhelpful and bad costumer service! After waiting for minutes to be help this women came to me and just to be totally ignored by her...I walk out without no help.. I would not go to antelope branch anymore.

The Layton branch is fine, but the ATM is useless. Literally every time I go to that ATM, it says cash is unavailable either for deposit or withdrawal. What's the point of having an ATM if it's never going to work? This is the only branch where I have that issue.

I can't believe how lazy and unprofessional the tellers are at this location!! The blonde girl was the worst of them all. We will close our account and go with a more personal able credit union, who actually acts like they care about us.

If the Branch Manager or teller tells you they can’t accept a digital state of Utah drivers license, don’t fret. Go to another location. This is the only location that would not allow me to use my digital drivers license to get a card replaced.

Hailee is awesome eveytime I go in she's the one who helps when I need to deposit cash into my account and she's my favorite teller as well, she's nice and very professional as well thank you for helping me when I go in there

Lisa was incredibly helpful during the loan process. Overall very upfront and went out of her way to help in a time crunch. Staff up front were awesome as well!

We stopped in here to open a new account for our newborn and a nice lady named Lisa help us out, she was very knowledgeable and helped us open a saving account and CD for our son. I’m glad she made time to help us out.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with. I called her yesterday got financed and set up with a loan in under 24 hours!!! She is awesome and I absolutely recommend her! She communicated everything and made the process so easy!

I bring 4 cars to this location and have to say my experience at the West Haven location was much better. Besides never wiping the car down completely, when I asked today why the wheels were still wet I was told “There’s only so much we can do when it’s cold”. You can still charge full price then leave me a car half dry. I bought the $5 towel on every car I have because every time I leave I have to complete their job for them. Not impressed.

My son banks here . There's no direction. They served a family before us while we waited for so long to open an account. Finally we are informed that we need to sign in first at the tellers. I wish there were at least a sign inside .Then after 1 hour they tell us they have no experience to verify new immigrants to open an account for them, even thou his brother opened an account 2 years earlier. So he was denied an account for his first job.We went to Wells Fargo instead. No problems there.
