Would honestly give zero stars. I called in to try to get some information and the first time I called it was rejected. The second time I called I was placed immediately on hold without anyone saying hello. Then a female answered, I asked her a few questions, she then proceeded to have a personal conversation with someone else and asked me to repeat myself 3 times. She then proceeded to have her personal conversation again and then paused and asked me to repeat myself again and then say she was going to find some place quiet so she could talk to me. Which I thought was great finally getting customer service. I was on hold for over 10minutes and she never came back on the line. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone if they want someone professional and actually act like you are being listened to and not have to repeat yourself consistently. Will be going to a different location for sure!

Reps were very nice but told me they couldn’t activate the plan I wanted in the store and that they could only activate the most expensive plan haha it felt shady. so I let them sign me up for it then I went on the website and changed it right after to the plan I wanted. And I also saw they signed me up for insurance on all my devices without telling me. My plan is better now. It was just unprofessional and shady. But they were both very nice and I’m happy with my cell service and happy with how easy it was to change to what I actually wanted.

I asked for the free phone when you switch to metro but the lady said " what free phones? We don't give free phones and never did, where did you got that from" i showed her the MetroPCS site and she acted confused, she just showed me the most expensive phone after i told her that i needed it for my kids, my kids won't be getting an expensive phone just to brake them in a month or 2. She was no help, she kept pushing for expensive phone's without giving me the deals from the site.

Noone was behind counter upon entering. The service was ridiculous. They tried to tell me that $160 was cheaper than $100 ?? I walked out. I was there to purchase 2 new phones as I already have service with metro I was not expecting to pay $400 for new devices.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I could give them a zero honestly. I have had the worst experience with Metropcs. I had purchased a plan as well as a SIM card on their website hadn’t received the SIM card for a while so I contacted their customer service and WOW it’s very disappointing that all of their accents are incredibly thick so I wasn’t really able understand them, regardless I explained my issue to her and she hung up on me and for some reason activated my account which caused later issues because the representatives didn’t believe me that I didn’t receive my SIM because the account was already active. I called again and the representative told me that he can’t refund my money or cancel my account or send me a replacement SIM card I would need to go to the store and they would be able to assist me with all of the above. So I went to the store and the lady that was working there was very rude and dismissive I told her my problem and she told me I needed to contact customer service because she can’t give me a replacement SIM card or refund my money or even cancel my account so I don’t get charged again I told her I’ve already called twice and that they instructed me to go to a store and she said they lied so I asked her if she can call them and she handed me the store phone so I could call them, I ended up leaving cause she literally didn’t do anything to even try and help me. When I called for the third time it was the same situation and he told me he couldn’t help me but that he was sending my case to order support. It’s been three weeks since I last heard from order support and I’ve sent them multiple emails trying to get in contact with them. Unfortunately I just had to dispute the charge with my bank and hope that they don’t charge me again. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
