They overcharged us by over $1200 while adding a line. They "Fixed" the charge but now all of my money is in limbo until the banks open monday. So now I cannot pay other bills or take my wife out this weekend for our anniversary. They need to be held accountable.

My husband and I went to this store to supposedly get our internet that was on hold for us. When we entered the store there was no one at the counter. Until a little Colombian girl came out to greet us. (I’m not trying to be racial i don’t know her name) She didn’t even ask how can I help you, just said hello. My husband told her that we were here to pick up an internet that was being held for us. She stated that she had one on hold only for a customer and what our name was. So he told her then she stated aww it’s not you but I’ll go check. Then she came with ours. She started to get my husband’s info and then to input the info of the internet and telling us that it was $55. We said what why so much. We were told it was the promo of $9.99. She stated that, that promo was no longer available. We have explained to her that we came in about week or two and was advised by an employee Chris to come after our payment date so we would have a free month of internet and that the promo wouldn’t change. We also explained that we came on a Friday after our due date and was told that they didn’t have any internet to come on Saturday. They took my husband’s info. And today is Saturday and we are here for the promo and all. She didn’t want to help us in anyway shape or form. My husband told her to call Chris her coworker. And she did, he admitted to saying we were eligible for the promo of $9.99 and then he made a mistake and realized that it was expired and was sorry, she hung up the phone and didn’t let him finish. And she still said that there was nothing that she can do. They even had a flyer at the store with the promo. I had to call customer service and file a complain, they even told me that the manager could honor it, and she shouldn’t do that. And that girl should be the one calling not me. They also told me to go to a different store to see if I can get help. This girl still wasn’t helping and instead called her boss and told her I was yelling at her, my husband told her to speak louder and to tell the truth that I was not yelling at her that, that is how I talk loud. And to explain what was really going on. She also accused me of having issues with her before when I never have. I never go alone to that store always with one of my children or husband and she lied!!! This was our and my first issue. I got off the phone then told her I was f&$@“@ pist, that she didn’t know what the hell she is doing, and she was trying to talk over me so I told her to be quiet and let me talk. She has not been here long enough to know how customer service works. She could of done way better. And she also took a picture of me and she even called her manager and left the line on and didn’t say a thing. I asked her when her manager was coming in so I can talk to her and she didn’t want to tell me and just said I don’t know. I don’t her that’s a lie because you work there and with her you should know but since you don’t want to tell me then that ok. This is the worst place!!! They really need training majorly and honor the prices. This is not how things are done in the USA!!! Learn how to take your job seriously.

I’m sorry but this location in Layton is seriously thee worst store to come to, they AAALLLWAYS have a long line, only ONE person, they almost have no idea what the hell their doing, these people need to be trained better so they can take care of customers more professionally an have some kind of knowledge, freaking joke over there, like you have little kids running that place!!!! So stupid!!! Waste of my time!!!!

Would honestly give zero stars. I called in to try to get some information and the first time I called it was rejected. The second time I called I was placed immediately on hold without anyone saying hello. Then a female answered, I asked her a few questions, she then proceeded to have a personal conversation with someone else and asked me to repeat myself 3 times. She then proceeded to have her personal conversation again and then paused and asked me to repeat myself again and then say she was going to find some place quiet so she could talk to me. Which I thought was great finally getting customer service. I was on hold for over 10minutes and she never came back on the line. Super unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone if they want someone professional and actually act like you are being listened to and not have to repeat yourself consistently. Will be going to a different location for sure!
