They have on several occasions gone what I would term above and beyond what I had asked them to do. Providing faster service and successfully removing stains that I did not think could be removed. I had items cleaned at another place to no avail . I am very pleased with she results here.

My dry cleaning was dropped off on a Wednesday and was to be ready on Friday. I went in first thing Saturday morning. I was not ready and I was told that I would have to come back Monday. The problem was that I needed the items for the weekend.

I took my dress blues in to get dry cleaned. I called to confirm price and was told $19, I also asked if I need to removed my pins and ribbons, and was told they could stay on, before pickup I was told I needed to make an additional payment of $13.66 since the first price was inaccurate and upon going to pickup my blues I noticed none of my pins or ribbons were on my blues. I called to figure that out and they are now having me wait an extra week to return my pins and ribbons to me. My blues were cleaned and pressed nicely, however it was an overall inconvenience.

I asked for dry cleaning because it was silk. they washed it and then did the worst job of pressing I have ever seen

I’ve been using this dry cleaner for the last eight years but the last two times I’ve used them. I’ve had major regret. They’ve ruined over $500 worth of clothing by shrinking three articles of clothing. Additionally, the last time I received my clothing, they were still wet, which doesn’t make much sense.
