Excellent service all around, came in and got an oil change right before I'd be leaving town for the weekend but had found my splash cover over my oil filter had fallen off at some point and taken the mounting hardware with it. I found a spare cover plate I had and came back the next day, they took care of me and got the spare attached no charge. Top notch, thank you for the peace of mind!

I've taken my car here for a repair in the past. Had no issues and they seemed to have done a good job. The car was running perfectly! Took my car there last month cause my check engine light had popped up. Didn't think it was too big a deal and the mechanic ran a quick diagnostic. Told me it was the catalytic converter. At the time I didn't have the funds to get it replaced so held off. Was charged $77 for this and only this. A month later and I've taken to get new tires, seen a new mechanic and an oil change. All these places asked me if I was okay with them finding out the issue. Asking them what the price would be... every single one of them told me there's no charge. When I called another mechanic, he didn't have any openings till later in the month but told me to pull on up and he'll run a diagnostic... no charge!! Feel a little scammed now. Maybe this is just how this facility operates or I got the wrong mechanic. Almost all the negative reviews to this shop point to one person and I got him. From here on out I'll start asking shops how much they charge for a diagnostic reading before I decide to leave my car there

Go somewhere else. Bottom line: I DO NOT recommend Lynn Wood Service Center. I took my vehicle here to get serviced. After that visit, my vehicle started leaking significant amounts of oil. I informed them at Lynn Wood Service and they didn’t give it the urgency and consideration I thought the situation needed. They basically showed no concern at all which I thought was utter failure. If the car was just fine and now it’s NOT after going to YOUR business, I would imagine the right thing would be to have a sense of urgency to make it right so I don’t earn my business a bad reputation. Oh well. I didn’t want anyone at Lynn Wood touching my vehicle again honestly. I ended up finding a trusted mechanic. He told me the only way my car would leak this much oil, is that the previous “mechanic” deliberately, incompetently or negligently over-tightened the filter causing the crack which leaked all the oil. This is especially troubling when the tightening specs are ON THE FILTER. It cost me almost $1000 to get it fixed. Maybe those at Lynn Wood knew that and that’s why they cracked my filter housing to get me back in there for more $$$$$ in repairs. Sorry, that’s not gonna work with me. No matter what, I wasn’t going to go back to Lynn Wood Service for the repairs. I felt that would be rewarding them with business that they shouldn’t have. I’ll gladly drive to the next city for repairs or tires.

Stay away from this place. Red was the rudest and most disrespectful manager I’ve ever met. They did service on my vehicle and a month later there was an issue in the same area they just worked on. I called and asked them for help to understand why this was happening. Red flew into a rage and said they aren’t responsible and that my asking for answers was ridiculous. The customer service was so bad I hung up the phone in amazement and called another company. The other company then offered to check my car out for FREE because they knew that Lynn Wood does this to their customers frequently. Please just stay away.
