Jess and his team were awesome through the whole process. They are very personable and have your best interest at heart. Communication and responsiveness were top notch. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance.

With this being my first home buying experience, I had a lot of questions. I had a very good experience working with Lynnae. She made me feel like she had my best interest at heart from day one, explained things thoroughly throughout the processes and was very personable. I feel much more knowledgeable about my loan program and comfortable with my payments than I had originally anticipated. This is my second mortgage through Academy and they make the process very smooth and easy. I have recommend them to many people. When going through a process as in depth as buying and selling a home it is nice to have someone on your side helping you get everything set and ready. I have a very busy schedule and with Academy helping me it took very little effort and time away from my schedule.

Everyone was really great to work with. They answered all our questions, and explained things in a way we could understand, which was a big thing for us first-time homebuyers :) I do recommend Academy Mortgage to all my friends who are starting to look for a house!
