This is the largest best most helpful Nursery in the whole state of utah!! Having lived just down the street from there for years we visited regularly!! Now even though we are 45 mins away we still love to come up and spend the day here !! You will find everything you need and more for your gardening needs!! ?

We always go to J&J for any of our planting needs. They always have what we are looking for in the right season and advise when they will have it if they don't. It is the best full service nursery in Northern Utah. At times they can be very busy and sometimes parking can take a moment to find a space, but with a very large parking lot there is always a spot.

Wonderful nursery
This place is the best in the region and apparently supplies many of the smaller nurseries
Well worth the journey
A huge supply of all kinds of plants from trees to ground cover and more all in excellent condition and at least 25% less expensive than other places I’ve visited
Most important the staff are the very best
So knowledgeable friendly and helpful and no hard sell
Josh the store manager spent over 2 hours with me helping pick the most appropriate plants for my location then following day when I returned Reese was equally patient helping load the cart and then my car
This is the place to go for all your nursery needs

Josh at the nursery has been amazing since my prior visit answering countless question from me about gardening and maintenance of the plants and trees I bought He had no reason to do it and I’m sure I drove him a bit crazy so this isn’t an advertisement to do the same but just to point out how super helpful and customer oriented they are at J and J nursery nothing seems too much trouble for them and they give good honest advice
The only place to shop for any kind of plant
I drive 1.5 hours to go there and it’s well worth it

Our family’s go-to nursery! They have an amazing selection of annuals, vegetables, herbs, and perennials. My kids love to come here and feed the fish. The home decor section is very cute. They always have cute seasonal decor.

Love this place! They have a massive selection of seasonal, indoor, and outdoor plants, including fruits and veggies. They also sell garden decor, garden tools, and anything else you can think of. If you love to garden, it's like a toy store for you!

Spent $500 on ground cover. Planted them, only to discover the roots were infested with earwigs. Every plant was eaten and dead within 2 days.

If it were possible to give 6 stars, we would. My wife and I drove up to visit J&J at the raving recommendation of a friend, and we're sure glad we did. We had a planting list of natives about 3-4 pages long (complete yard overhaul towards low-water, draught-resistant landscaping) and we're so grateful we had Hillary help us along the way. It was as if we had our own personal Utah native plant concierge to guide us through the process. The communication, enthusiasm, and genuine care for a positive outcome is unmatched by any other nursery we've been to. Even after the initial purchase, Hillary and the team proactively checked up on our project and were quick to respond to our questions (even catching her on her days off). Although we pass several other great nurseries on the way, it's well-worth the drive from south SLC to enjoy the products, service, and overall environment at J&J. Hillary is amazing and couldn't recommend more. Thank you all!

This place has become way too expensive. Used to be very nice and affordable. Greed has got them . Sad, there are other places to shop.

We have been looking for a Weeping White Spruce tree for awhile now. We went to so many nurseries and would get the same basic answers. We came in today to J&J Nursery and Reese was full of great information and advice. He really took the time to explain to us how far to dig and how to water. Highly recommend this J&J Nursery.

Nice selection of plants, terrible at honoring sales, and deals. To J&J, kind and good customer service goes a LONG way. From a customer who has spent thousands at your store, I am so frustrated and disappointed in how you treat customers and do business.
I had a manager even acknowledge that their signs were misleading and confusing and still wouldn’t honor the sale price for me.
