One star is pretty generous if you ask me. I walked in and got told I need an appointment so I set up an appointment and came back an hour and a half later. Just to sit there and be judged by Gary. After sitting there for almost 3 hours and him clicking away in the system he comes back and said I owe $3,000. After he fixed his error it was $1,600. I got annoyed and left and went somewhere else and ended up not having to pay in. So very disappointed I’ve used H&R Block the last 3-4 years and never had any problems till this year. I will never go back.

Absolute scam. I had 1 w2 and had a baby this year. They charged me around 375 for that. My wife made less than 6k and was going to get 200 back. They wanted to charge 275. The online deal of 90 is false advertising. Do not go to h&r

I am so disappointed in Kelly and the service I received. After multiple appointments she never did complete my taxes. She even had to file an extension for me that cost me $100 to do that. This was a couple of years ago and finally decided to leave her a review. She gave me a complete runaround for months. Even scheduling an appointment for me at the Ogden office as it was the only one still open. Canceled that appointment at the last minute stating that she didn’t have the keys to get in.Then reached out to me 3 months later with a message asking if I still needed her help in finishing my taxes. What a joke.. Of course I didn’t respond. I feel like Kelly Beard owes me at least $100.

Very bad customer service. My appointment was at 12 and I was still waiting to be helped at 1. Other people coming in after me and were being helped. Nobody checked on me. I left and went somewhere else. Very unprofessional.
