This place is in serious disrepair. The rooms appear like your average room, a little outdated. However the room was not clean. The toilet had a ring , the shower had not been wiped down, hair in the sink. There was some sort of fluid behind the toilet. The pool/hot tub area is where the most notable neglect can be seen. The pool and hot tub were filthy. The tiles falling off. Mold growing on walls and in the pool. Paint peeling off. The pool shower was not working. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were kind and helpful. The front desk staff didn't seem to care much about anything. Let me just say that we took several pictures and I wanted to finally post my review and when I got online to find the hotel I was confused because the hotel online looks nothing like the one where we stayed. Very disappointed. We used some of our points and paid $60 to stay here and even that felt like too much. We would appreciate a refund of our points.

We stayed here for a night after our furnace was removed because of a foundation leak. Desiree was an absolute sweetheart to our family and upgraded us to a suite room because of our circumstances. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful during the entire check in and check out process. Desiree made our time awesome here and my family appreciated her amazing customer service - so much that my oldest daughter wanted to come back! Thank you Desiree!

I had a hot tub room clean. Convenient being remodeled when I was there but there was no noise to speak of.

It was ok. The hotel is out dated and kind of run down but they are in the process of updating it.We liked the location and appreciated that it was walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants which came in handy while it was snowing.The pool is on the small side but it's clean and the kids still had fun.The entire 4th floor was closed down for renovations which is fine except we were on the 3rd floor and were serenaded to the sweet sounds of random knocking and stomping sounds above us from 7am to 10pm. This is during the hotel "noisy hours" but after long days of traveling it wasn't very appreciated by us who just wanted to rest before the next long day.Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was usual fare and fine. Not anything to write home about but better than some places.Nearby activities: The mall has lots of things for kids to do.Walkability: Close to restaurants, several shopping centers and a mall. Easy to walk to all of them even in the snow.

This hotel is old and tired. It needs some serious renovations. I'm a Diamond Elite and got upgraded. The room was clean, but not impressed. It smelled like bleach. There wasn't even an alarm clock in the room. Furniture was mismatched and outdated carpet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. The whole place is rundown including the one elevator. I don't see how this place is a 4 star 2 at most.

Dirty carpet everywhere. Dirty bathroom floor so I used a washcloth to clean it. I tried to rinse it. Dusty tops of dressers and lamp base. I thoroughly checked the sheets and beds. They weren't bad. We won't be back. The front desk lady was very nice.
