Deleted an old 5 star review to update I'm never doing business with GameStop again. An issue that started with an online order escalated into a circus ring of lost items, talking to the store manager of this location who needs a serious attitude change, and almost 3 months of hell talking with their corporate-level customer support. I know my shipping issues wouldn't have been an issue if I ensured I had the correct address down, but the following disaster was an unprofessional mess on both this store and corporate.Guess what? Despite the fact the items I ordered were shipped to the location of this store, and the manager (very rudely mind you) insisted they didn't have them, the corporate loss prevention said that they were - in fact - delivered to that store! I am done with this disaster of a company, and hope the Funko Pop market crashes sooner or later since that's the only garbage keeping this godawful company afloat when they should've went out of business a decade ago.

The employees here can’t help anyone. Asked to see if they could check another game stop and was told “ I don’t know how to get the numbers for the other locations. Game stop you can do better

Condescending employees. Go across the street to Target or best buy. Oh how the once mighty have fallen. Next time I will get video footage. Rather ridiculous.

Great place to trade in as well as purchase pre-owned quality stuff. Didn't really appreciate the pushy salesman not taking no for an answer and getting bugged at me for not wanting to buy extra stuff that I didn't want. Have never experienced that at their other locations.

Quick and accessible. The store clerk was friendly enough. Everything was pretty well organized and made it easy to get what I was looking for.

Went in to buy the new cod the cashier was rude ash if they have new game he yelled and it’s 70$ you want it would have bought another game but decided to just order in on Amazon people that yell and get annoyed by the simplest questions are why GameStop will go bankrupt, went here again to get cod staff still sucks Xbox all the way amazon is better

Bob is super informative and kind. I stopped in a few weeks back to put a deposit down on the new Legend of Zelda game. Bob helped me get my husband’s GameStop account renewed and discussed the protection options available for the new game. I really appreciated his help.

I recently went in looking for a wireless headset. Upon looking there were 4 in store that were the same price. So I asked an associate what their opinion was on the 4 brands. She had made good positive comments on 2 of them. She was very helpful! However after I had made my choice and it being a different brand than the 2 She had talked about. She went to get a ladder cause they were stored up high. When she got in the back I heard the other associate named Rico belittle my choice by asking her "what's the point in asking your opinion and then getting a different brand?" I don't think Rico knew I heard him but I feel this behavior is unacceptable. From now on I will just either visit the location in the mall or buy online! I used to love this location but after this interaction I feel very little need to interact with the employees at this store. I hope the attitude improves at this location.

I really like the concept of Gamestop and their rewards system, so I choose to shop here. There are a few awesome employees that work at this location that are helpful and enjoy their job, but there are two employees in particular that create such an awful experience every time I visit. They question what I say when I want to price match, disregard and doubt Gamestop's own policies, and are overall disrespectful when I ask questions or pay for purchases. It seems like this is pretty common based on the other reviews. I hope something changes soon, or other local stores will receive my business instead.

Honestly, I've been a customer at GameStop for years. I've seen many employees come and go. The manager was really great and helpful... Until the location at the mall closed. The manager from that location moved to this one and had completely ruined my experience. Unfortunately, that observation has come from many experiences where I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they continue to be rude, question why I don't want to preorder some games, and constantly pester about buying add-ons that I already said I don't want. Bad management and sales tactics are prevalent by at least the manager. I will not be shopping at this location again, and suggest you do the same.
