I've had the worst experience at this location. The employee helping me was rude, didn't care at all to help me or find a way to try to see if there was something she could do in the store to help me print some pictures I needed to complete a project. She gave me one suggestion to try and get my pictures printed in a rude way and didn't even tried to help me navigate through it, she just pushed me aside and have me figured stuff on my own. She never told me that they had a computer available for costumers to use, I have no access to a computer, and I was freaking out trying to do everything on my phone. My project was due the following day and I needed to have the pictures printed that day and unfortunately I had to leave FedEx frustrated and without my pictures printed all cause the employee never ever cared about trying to help me create a file for my pictures to be printed. Terrible, horrible customer service, employees need to realize that they have a job because of we, costumers. If she doesn't like to deal with and help customers, she is at the wrong place because FedEx is all about customer interaction. Needless to say, I won't ever go back to that location and I will never recommend them to anyone, my project was late and I didn't get the job, thanks alot FedEx employee and I don't mention her name on here but if she reads this she'll know it was her. I would rate my visit with FedEx a 0, but unfortunately 0 is NOT an option.

Dont know what it is but this location always has a problem and always very confrontational or problematic, it should be a simple transaction. I come ONLY because my other half works for Fedex and every single time i visit this location there is some issue. Kenzie like why make the experience terrible for no reason, just to be over the top. Just help the customer and make a good experience so they want to come back... instead of trying your hardest to upset them before they leave. Ill just drive to another location and ship because clearly you dont want business and your not cutting it.

Sneakily Up-soldI brought a box and just needed some extra bubble wrap for sending an item for repair. They told me about their tech boxes, put my phone in it, printed the label, and then told me it would be $11.99. I should have said something but was tired after work. I don't usually have problems for FedEx but I felt taken advantage of.

Go here to ship anything. They are the most professional, polite and delightful staff. I have to go to a if places to ship things and this was hands down the best place I have been. We will be shipping out of this location only going forward. THANK YOU for being so kind and easy to do business with!

This store is the worst! Google says they’re open but they’re closed, or they close early…I wish my work didn’t use this company. I have nothing but issues! They dropped off my work computer and it was all dented & banged up! Use UPS, these people have no care or consideration for what might be in your packages!

I have showed up now twice at their posted opening hour of 8AM and nobody would unlock the door and open. It is posted online as 8AM and also on their doors. There were people in the back, but nobody opened. I had urgent packages to mail, but went somewhere else due to their obvious lack of interest in taking care of their customers by just opening on time!

I’ve been to this location before and had pretty poor customer experiences BUT today was different! Kenzie took care of me from the second I walked in the door. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had quite a few random assorted tasks to complete at fedex, including passport photos which always seem to take an eternity for some reason. Kenzie got me in and out in under ten min with all my tasks done and new passport photos in my hand! Amazing - promote her or give her a raise. Will be coming back on Saturdays when possible to overlap with her.

Website said a package with my dimensions and weight would be 16.00ish dollars from Layton to Provo. Went in and it was 43.00 and it would take 3 days. Nope!! Went to USPS, it was 25.00 amd will get there next day!! Larry was super kind and very helpful.

From the manager to the employees non are customer service trained , seem really really lazy .The ast manager a Hispanic gal that helped me the first couple time around she’s wonderful and really helpful and wants to listen and valued my business but I’ll never return to this location and i rather make the drive elsewhere !
