Got off to a rough start with an install gone bad and it happens. As an update they made it right with me and worked with me on my personal situation and ensured me this was really just a one off occurrence. Doing the math they did compensate me fairly for my time and effort put into fixing the problem and I do appreciate that. I certainly believe that this may have just been a one off and will still probably bring my vehicle back for other maintenance needs if I feel lazy again. Good people.

Unfortunately my Jeep was worked on by two other shops, including dealership, before taking it to FB’s costing me thousands and never fixing the suspension issues (including causing new issues). FB’s worked hard to find and fix at the best price possible. They’ve earned my business.

Received confirmation email for my order the next day.Shipping is fast; Received my order within the week of order.Installed the springs and links the day after receiving them; exceeded my expectations.I recommend ordering this kit with the shocks and links. They did a great job upgrading my truck. Kevin was very professional and helpful. Parts arrived within a few days of ordering, they got me on the schedule the day after arrival, and had the leveling kit, tires/rims installed in a day. Truck looks great! Thank you.

Have had suspension work done on both a new Tundra and a first gen Taco. They’ve been great both times. Recommend getting in touch early though because they are consistently busy.

Nice enough guys but I don't recommend unless you live close and are willing to return for issues. I bought their vated suspension lift package for my 4runner. I drive this car low miles...around 5k miles a year with no off-roading. The bushings went bad twice. The first time they replaced with the same bushings. The second time I paid for an upgraded bushing. Now my alignment is off but I'm not willing to drive back for them to correct it. I'm done with FBG.

Tried to over charge us over 2k for a lift, rims, and tires. Went to another business and had the exact same work done using the exact same brand of lift, rims, and tires done and paid over 2k less.

UPDATE 9/21/23:I have to update my review . After all the issues, there was a miscommunication, Marc called me and took care me , he was very professional and nice to of me, at the end, my lights arrived on 9/18/23, and were installed next day 9/19/23. I did not have to wait longer for the installation. The lights look good, overall, they did an excellent job, I think it was worth it the wait. Marc was always nice to me, I will definitely comeback to the shop, I might have to buy some lockers . I highly recommend this shop and if you need someone to help you out, ask for Marc. He is the best.……..I went to the shop on 8/26/23, placed an order of some pillar lights and bumper lights along with a switch panel.I paid a total of $3200 including $1000 labor, but it has been almost 3 weeks and they still waiting for the lights and switch panel, 3 weeks waiting , I have called 3 times this week for an update, they said Mark was going to call me, still waiting for the call. When I bought this lights I told them I will need them ASAP because I had to go out of town off-road. 3 weeks then I will have to wait more than 10 days to setup an appointment for installation. I might have to wait around 5 weeks if they got the lights next week, then I will have to pay them $1000 labor for installation, to install 4 lights and switch panel they will charge me around 5 or 6 hours of labor..wow…Horrible service, no communication, they don’t really care about customers, they care about making customers spend a lot o money. What I think is ridiculous is that I will have to wait up to 10 days for installation once they get the parts , I have already wait 3 weeks, I hope the owner can do something about this, there are other shop out there that they will get all this done in 1 week. I decided to come to this shop because a friend of mine said good things about them, I am really disappointed.

This shop is awesome, they have everything I need for my out door adventures. Tires, wheels, lifts, cargo sets, lights. They do a vary good professional job. On all the electronic set up you will never see any cable, they always put perfection in all there work. The salesman are always helpful on finding everything you need for the perfect and safest replacement. Customer service is there #1 goal. They not just do off road vehicles, they do air, repair, and all size vehicles. All vehicles are treated with care, test drove, and locked up ready for customers pick up. There is also same day tire and replacement, alignment, and other minor repairs. Stop by the shop on Saturdays during the summer hours and they have hotdogs and chips, and lots of other activities, like car shows, swap meets, or just a open showroom.

Excellent service! Wade was friendly, patient, and detailed when explaining my options and answering any questions I had. His co-worker that morning was also friendly and even gave my toddler an off-road hot wheels. Will definitely come back as we make further overlanding additions to our truck.

I came in last night to get estimates on my Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk for a lift, off-roading tires, and towing. We spent the weekend in Moab since my brother in law has a first edition Bronco he takes down fairly often, and my husband and I are excited to make some changes to the Jeep to go down there more often since that was our first time. Wade was helping me with my questions and he even came out to my car and told me it was already lifted two inches and just said he suggested All-Terrain tires and did give me estimates to instal towing equipment. Everything he told me didn't sit right and talked to my brother that is a car mechanic. He had me check the tire size, which come to find out is the standard tires on my Jeep, so meaning it is NOT lifted at all (my brother also said lifts are obvious). I've never been in the shop until last night and that was already my first impression; quite pathetic if you ask me, and I am also glad I came across the reviews. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I had a friend that went in to get some tires from them. My friend went in not really knowing what tire they wanted but he did have some ideas from looking up tires. So he called them about the tire he found online that should fit his truck. So he called them and talked to them directly and told them that he need the one size, they even recorded it to make sure he said it right. So they said they would take care of it.So he paid for it so they would get them ordered in. When they had the tires he took the truck in and came back to the wrong tires. These tires are not the ones he paid for.So he told them that they are the wrong tires, so they told him to drive them home and call back Monday and they would take care of them then.He went home and parked the truck because the tires were to big to drive around. Monday came and he called and they told him that they can not take them back because he drove on them. This is where I think a company is in the wrong. They should have just took them off because his other tires were still on his old rims sitting there.I would tell anyone to make sure if they are think of going to tire store this would not be on my list of a place to go.They tried to get them to fix the problem, by telling them the other tires are cheaper and they can keep the cost of the other ones, but FAT Bobs told them that they can pay them a extra 300.00 to fix the problem. It went from 3680 to 4100. So they are telling them to pay more to fix fat bob’s problem they made by not listening to what they asked for.Another thing is the day they took it back they called to talk to them about and they said can’t help and hung up on them.I would say this place needs to learn a lot about the customer and service!!I’m just saying

Fat Bob's has done suspension and wheel/tire work on 4 different vehicles for me over the last 6 years or so (2 F150s, a 4Runner, and an Xterra). I've been happy with the results. What inspired me to write a review is how they handled things when it didn't go so well for my current F150. Due to new designs and supply chain issues, we had to make guesses months beforehand about what would work on the truck. I ended up with a really nice BDS lift and Fox suspension (along with wheels, tires, and fender flares) but I've had trouble getting it to ride correctly for the last year and a half. I was pretty disappointed about it, so I called and spoke to Marc at Fat Bob's. Not only did he do his best to make it right, he stepped in to correct some things that had been messed up by other installers. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the ride, even though it had been on my truck for a while. It rides so nice now; I love the truck.I really appreciate the service I've received from these guys, and I'll be back anytime I have something else I want to modify. I'll continue to recommend to everyone who compliments my truck.

Great tire service and they are excellent at backing up promises. Very pleased with my experience buying and servicing my tires here. Wade was particularly helpful in getting my truck in and out in a hurry. He was great! ?
