I usually don't have a problem with this store or it's employees, but the interaction I had with an employee today has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I went in looking for a copy of a manga that I couldn't find elsewhere. When I went to ask the employee if he could tell me if they had one, he acted like I had ruined his whole day because he had to look something up instead of making buttons.
They didn't end up having it but while I was there I noticed a figurine I'd been wanting was on sale for $14.99 instead of it's usual $29.99. I took it up to checkout and I watch him pull the $14.99 sticker off, claiming it wasn't for that figurine but a different character from the show and someone put that sticker over the actual price, he was definitely trying to accuse me or my boyfriend of it from his tone. He was also completely ignoring the bright orange SALE sticker that was slapped on it as well.
I don't know if he was trying to pull a fast one on me and make me pay full price or if another employee was being lazy and didn't make the right label for all the figurines. But, pretty much every figurine from this anime was on sale because they'd been there for months (it's not a very popular anime), so I doubt this character wasn't included. I'm not fond of being made to feel like a bad guy when I did nothing wrong.
So, here's your warning make sure the label on whatever you want to buy is the right one or they'll act like you're trying to steal from them.

I am mixed on this store. Because they have a great selection on retro gaming, dvd’s, collectibles, and other media. But they don’t take care of the products or even open and look at them. I bought a copy of just dance 3 for 15$ but when I opened it the disc was upside down scratched. I got the game working but that concerns me. It also makes me mad the in the glass safe, they put stuff worth like 5 10 dollars that could be at the front counter. The prices are ok for this store. I don’t hate this store. People only like this store because they haven’t been to minus world. I collect retro gaming but this store doesn’t care for cleaning any of their products. Don’t support this store and go to minus world.

It's my favorite store along with minus world, They Have DVD's, and they even did buy one and get one free with the price of 3,99, idk how many times they did it, and special shoppings.

I was in this store on 11/27/2023 buying a Chase Pop figure for a posted $13.99 and rang me up for $35.99.I told them to ring me up for the price that was listed and ignored my reasonable request.No where did they have a listed price of $35.99.The employee was trying to outsmart the customer and this is what they get in return. A bad review.Avoid Collin and this store at all cost.
