Downeast is my favorite store to shop at. The clothes quality some of best quality clothes I have found above WHBM, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Madewell etc. I love the one to one customer service I receive at their Layton location.

Not impressed with the store! Robyn, an employee there, was rude to my wife! She asked about the exchange policy, and Robyn made some rude, snarky comment. We will not be back. If you are not good at customer service, you should not work in retail.

The store was well organized and had a lot of cute clothes. I was interested in. I was especially happy to see lots of items in extra small.Twice I needed to leave the dressing room to get a different size. It would have been so much nicer and easier if the sales people would have come to check with me a time or two to see if I needed anything.

The sales girl was very helpful and not pushy for me to buy anything, which I love. The sale prices were great and both girls working were attentive and friendly. Great experience! I'll be back.

Customer Service and employees are very warm and welcoming! I have had many wonderful experiences shopping at this location. The clothes, shoes, jewelry are all neat and well organized. It is a cute and clean store!
