Customer Service was great. The ladies in there are awesome and they did an amazing job with my daughters first salon cut. They listened to what we needed and why, then offered solutions with pros and cons, and then supported our decision while checking in with us throughout the whole time. Will be returning again.

I have gone to the Layton Dollar Cuts for years. I have always been able to get in, make appointments when i needed them.I have had cuts, color and styles. All services have always been excellent.The receptionist greets and acknowledges you the minute you walk in the door.I have used a few different sylists there, and would always recommend Dollar Cuts. Ever since my old barber stopped cutting hair I have been looking for a place that is quick, easy and professional and this is the place. I had tried at a couple different places and they did a great job getting my hair cut right for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Jodie did his hair today and she took her time with every detail and explained how his hair would mold his face better since he has some curl. Great hair cut, competitive price, but the mood of the place was pretty somber, maybe even unfriendly. It was also 20 minutes passed my appointment time when they were finally able to cut my hair. Maybe Saturdays should be avoided?

I love this salon, very well maintained. Always great music playing in the background. Great stylists, fun and energetic. They all are very knowledgeable. My whole family goes to Jessica Moss. I never know what color I want to do and let her choose what will look best and I am always happy with the end result!! Never disappointed!!

They constantly close early. I have been to this location several times, and if I show up within 45 minutes of closing time, they act like I'm putting them out. If there is more than one person waiting they generally refuse to serve me. My hair cut takes all of 5 minutes? I can't think of another business that refuses to serve people during business hours. To top it off, they leave their open sign on until the posted closing time, turning away customer after customer until they "close". If you're going to turn customers away then turn off your open sign. I don't think I'll be returning

Service was a little slow, it may have been because the girl was new. However, it seemed like the hair cut was good and I would go back.
