Dylan and the whole team here at this discount tire location does a phenomenal job of making sure that my tires were taken care of and when problems have arrived they went above and beyond to take care of them great company and great location!

I was getting my tires rotated. They came back to me and said they broke a lug nut and when they sent me to my car after finishing. I saw a different tires lug nut wasn't even tightened down. On top of it all just looks like they blatantly unscrewed a siding screw and left the panel loose just to screw with me. Cross your finger and hope you aren't the butt of a nasty joke is all you can hope out of this discount tires.

I had to run in on a Saturday morning after finding a screw in my tire. (My first out of half a dozen punctures that was actually repairable.) I was helped by Madison, super helpful and lovely to work with. I'll be back when I need new tires for sure.

I actually loved this location considering my experience at other Discount Tire locations. However, recently I went in for a rotation and the new manager (assuming he’s the manager since he wears a vest and collared shirt) is very pushy. I understand I am in need of new tires, but they can service the tires as long as they are not in the red zone. That’s the risk I take and have never had a problem. He kept pushing me to buy new ones, showing me how better Michelin’s were compared to my Continentals not even knowing I have winter tires that I swap out. I honestly don’t like Michelin’s but you can tell his sales tactics are subpar considering he makes assumptions rather than asking discovery questions. I kept saying I will discuss with my boyfriend and will come back soon to get new tires. He decided to continue and then assumes I need the credit card as if financially I can’t afford it. He did this with another customer while I was waiting and the same customer told him, “Oh we can afford it. It’s just figuring out if we want to purchase here or not.” I’ve never been so haggled at any location like this before. I’ll buy my tires elsewhere.

i ended up getting a screw in my tire on the side wall so it was unable to be patched and my car is all wheel drive so i had to get them all replaced which was a bummer but there were able to help me out by giving me a discount on 3 of the tires that i had to replace and the one with the screw was fully covered by the warranty! they were fast and kind and it sucks that it happened but at least i was taken care of!

Took truck in for slow leak and rotation. Staff was friendly and helpful. They found a screw in tire which was repaired and rotated at no cost. Excellent experience overall.

I will forever come to discount tires, I’ve been coming here for a few years now and they takes the best care of me.
I’m pregnant and I got new tires online plus the warranty, a couple of months ago. After that I took it to Les Schwab for an alignment. I noticed that the tires were balding and the cords were showing, Les schwab told me I didn’t need an alignment. Well unfortunately that was not the case; I was in serious need of an alignment to the point where I could have had a blow out within the next week. For my safety and my baby, Dawson, Madison, and Dylan; helped with my tire situation, replaced all 4 tires, adjusted my alignment and sent me on my way. They even stayed an hour past closing to help! Just knowing I could trust discount and having that customer satisfaction is a huge appreciation! Thank you again! They deserve the absolute best!

About 2 weeks ago we took my mom's jeep Cherokee to this location. There was a nail in the sidewall of her tire. The tires didn't come from discount tire, my brother had them put on but couldn't remember where. The tire had to be replaced. Madison is the most amazing person ever. She was so helpful with getting us taken care of even though we had never bought tires there. She treated us like we were their best customers. Thanks so much for having such amazing customer service. We will definitely be back when we need tires for our own vehicles.
