My mom and I LOVE the Clinique counter at this Dillard's location. Cheyenne is amazing!! So sweet willing to answer any questions and helped us find exactly what we needed. Her style is amazing, loved her hair!! She looked so professional and classy! When we go back we'll be asking for her!

I ordered a couple pairs of Sorel sandals online got them one pair didn’t fit and the other pair was flawed so I returned both pairs. They told me I had to get a store credit for my purchase with no explanation as of why! I used my bank debit card to pay for it! I am so pissed that I will no longer be shopping there! Seriously my bill was almost $300! And instead of getting my money back I have a store gift card! Beware when making purchases here. I know I’ll just shop at Nordstrom only now!

I had a terrible experience at Dillard's when trying to return a shirt with a manufacturer defect. Despite it clearly being their responsibility, they refused to take it back or offer any sort of solution. The customer service was unhelpful. The Dillard's rep I spoke to needed Manager approval for the exchange, the manager told them there was nothing they would do and never came to look the the defective product. I'm out $80 on a shirt that is impossible to wear. I won't be shopping here again.

When shopping today I was constantly asked, by numerous sales associates, if I was "doing ok", and I mean every 1-2 minutes. It was to the point where it got progressively more and more annoying. I get it, some people love the help when shopping, I on the other hand love to just look around and if I do need help, I know there are people that I can find and ask. Dillards - Are your sales associates that bored or are you that scared of theft? Why is shopping at your store so annoying!? I had two tops I liked and considered purchasing, but as I was coming out of the dressing room one sales associate stood close by waiting apparently to ask me - you guessed it - "Are you doing ok?? That was finally enough where I immediately turned around, returned the item to the dressing room and walked out. I spent $0, but had I just been left alone and been able to shop in peace, I probably would have made a purchase.

Me and my mom were looking at the makeup section of the store. We there then approached my a salesmen. He was very polite. But after a while, another saleswoman approaches us and asks if we need help. We said no, she then looks back at the original salesman and then shoots us a nasty look. It felt as if it was a racially motivated suspicion of me and her stealing. This is the second time this has happened.

I’ve been shopping at Dillards for over 30 years. I love the store itself, the selections are great, but this low score is due to a store employee who was extremely unpleasant. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. A very snotty redhead young woman working cosmetics and fragrance. Extremely Horrible attitude, sharing personal stories to other employees very loudly, using obscene and offensive language. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation from an unpleasant, snooty woman. This was the Layton store, March 2, 2024. This will probably be my last time shopping at this store.

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love Dillards clothing and shoes, but today when returning a blazer, the women working at the counter was less than happy to help. She pulled the blazer out of the plastic and saw that there was some dirt on the edge of it. I totally understand that returning something with damage does warrant some consequences, but the way she handled it was a bit aggressive. She kept telling me she just couldn’t return it like this and that it was unacceptable. I wasn’t even talking or fighting her on this I totally understood! I totally understand how she would maybe feel like it was best to get her point across that way, but I just felt attacked at this. In the end I received a gift card with the full money of my purchase and I was very pleased, but I just did not understand why she was being so harsh.

I love Dillard's but this location is so unbearably hot. I thought I was going to be sick. Trying things on was not a choice I would have passed out. I asked an employee and she said it was always so hot .
