Because I have a good mindfulness practice already, I thought I was pretty present. I had no idea of how automatic I became in my routine. The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class helped me find a deeper stillness within me, giving me more clarity and purpose in my day. I can't recommend this course enough to you!

My therapist has helped me so much and taught me positive ways to deal with my depression and anxiety . I also learn very much from group, we help each other too. Thank you all for being there when I need you.

I've been receiving out-pt services here for nearly 4 years now. I've been fortunate to have found the right providers for me, and they continue to help me in any way they can. I would recommend DBH to anyone. I am beyond grateful for all their help and support!
