This will be the last time I use this location. The pharmacy has a lot of people but coupons for whatever reason never work. The excuse this time was that insurance didn’t approve. Very interesting considering I got the insurance rate. The coupon was $10 off if you had insurance. “I tried” is what I got told. This is the second time it’s been a pain to process. This after I stand in line and listen to the pharmacist consult so I get to hear what everyone is taking and why. And then I get up there and one of mine isn’t ready so I have to wait an additional 20 minutes for expedite. The drive thru lane is wrapped around the building. And then when I get up there the pharmacist tells the world about my “bowel prep” and that I’m having a colonoscopy. And that my thyroid medication may interact. So now the person next to me knows my medical history. Really not appropriate. The guy right next to me chuckles. Seriously not ok. Have some discretion. This location is awful. I’ll be switching. My medical procedures are my business.

Cannot speak to anyone in person and I just want to STOP text messages wanting to refill a prescription that is no longer needed. Worthless pharmacy!!

Calling is a waste of time, no actual people ever talk to you. Just a series of computer prompts and then you get disconnected.

This cvs, the employees are so rude.. I have a glossy photo order, they give me Matt and a poster with adhesive. The girl on red was so rude laughing at md because I’m trying to get my order the right way and for what I paid.

What do you want so we can get some service here and you care enough to get the prescriptions right. Do we need to start tipping you. You poor babies don't get enough from CVS, so the customers have to give you a pay check. Get your noses off TikTok and start doing your jobs.

website has a link for covid/flu testing. Filled out all of the information requested, made the appt., went to the drive-thru as it said to do. The pharmacist at the window said sorry, we do not do testing--don't know why it let you make an appt. What a waste of time. If they don't do this they should take it off the website.

They are slow and have messed up my families prescriptions more times than they have gotten them correct. I called the other day to check status on a script I have been waiting 2 weeks for and was told "well you know we're a week behind right" how are you behind on peoples much needed medications?

I've been trying this pharmacy many timesThey are always really nice. I don't understand all on the negative comments. That has never been my experience here.

I hate this pharmacy. Although nobody is rude, they aren't friendly either, which is fine. My problem is the miscommunication they had when my daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled that resulted in a delay in getting her pain meds, or that my husband had to wait 6 weeks to get his meds because their stock was expired (finally had it filled elsewhere) or that I could only pick up have of a medication today and was sent to Riverdale to get the rest. There's always a long wait even if there's only 1 other patient. My insurance wants me to fill at CVS but I hate this location.

They literally sit on your medication. If you’re in pain, prepare to suffer! If you can actually dial in, they’ll put you on hold until you give up and hang up.
