Worked with Brenden and Ryan multiple times in the service center for recalls and other issues that have arisen with our vehicles. We didn’t purchase them from Young, but they have been awesome and last time they even were able to sneak us in last second and take care of a small thing same day that was under warranty. Really appreciate the service team for doing a great job with our vehicles.

I had an excellent experience getting a part I needed ordered! There was some urgency, I needed the part asap and Megan was able to help me get my part in 2 days! Fantastic customer service!

Just bought a new Atlas and couldn’t be happier! My husband and I worked with Ibo and were extremely pleased. He was very personable, professional, and respectful and at the end of the day we were able to negotiate a great deal. Would definitely work with him again!

Beware: They add $1500 worth of “accessories” that you don’t want or ask for to the price and hope you won’t notice!! Do not support this type of car dealer!!
I went in to check out their cars and as I’m looking at the paperwork, I notice that they added $1500 in accessories that we didn’t talk about nor did I want.
I also went to the Young Kia and they did the same thing!!
This must be a Young Automotive corporate policy… pretty shady!
They do the same thing with an extended warranty when you buy from their powersports division. They said the extended warranty was mandatory! ???

Ibrahim was fantastic and helped me test drive the Golf R as soon as I walked in. He also knew a lot about the car and showed me all the features inside and out. This made a big difference for me because I don't want to spend 50k on a car unless the person actually knows and cares about the vehicle I'm interested in.
Ibrahim made the process super fast. I knew what I wanted and I drove home with the car about 2 hours after I arrived at the dealership. This was a GREAT experience. Oh, and the car is amazing :)

I spent two days getting everything ready with my bank for the loan to find out the dealership lied about sending the car to another dealership to sell it when they told me it was on property to sell to me today.

Reported to FTC due to several unprofessional and dishonest tactics between sales and financing. I will never buy from this dealership again.

We came in because of a couple bad sensors that we have had another shop replace but we’re still getting a check engine light. So we figured we would bring it a VW affiliated shop. I dropped it off and asked how much ish it would be. Ryan did a little song and dance about you never know until they look into it. Then said they might have to remove the grill and flush the coolant. I asked if that was the issue and that’s what it was how much would it possibly cost? He’s said “I will let you know if it’s more than 165$” so I thought great that’s not too bad.
Turns out that 165 was diagnostic only (something I was not told) and the actual repair would be 1500$. This is the reason I wanted a ball park before hand. If I knew it was going to be in that ball park I wouldn’t have let them waste almost 200$ (after tax) to do a useless diagnostic to diagnose the issue I already knew existed.
I asked for a break down of the service and got an unintelligible text with some numbers. After going in to pick up my car and expressing my frustration to another associate (we left with an understanding on how Ryan mishandled the situation) I asked for an official break down to be sent to me. I got a hand written blurry photo of some chicken scratch that just wrote some numbers down.
I will not be returning to young and reporting young to Volkswagen for improper treatment of customers.

I'll give them four star's because I only go there for service for my vehicle, most the time it does take several hours my oil change alone takes an hour but it needs to by vacuumed out, but while I'm waiting they answer all my questions, they offer me food and drinks, it can be a bit pricey but I know I'm getting good quality work done on my car so to me that's worth it and compared to Murdock it's cheaper by a few hundred depending on the work even a few thousand, I also drive from logan just for their service.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The technicians are well-trained and keep you informed through the videos. Are service writer Ryan always seems to know what's going on and keeps us apprised of the situation.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Showed up at my designated time of 10am for an oil change. It's 12:45 and still waiting for my car. Why have appointments if you can't support it. Definitely below any expected service. Service date was Wednesday 26 June 2024, young Volkswagen in Layton ut.
