I found a chi iron online for 20% off I called the store and they said that they had it but it was not on sale and that they did not match online prices then I called the store in Clinton and there it magically was. I always drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Clinton the girls are way nicer and they actually do their job. Oh well Clinton here I come

Amazing customer service and great advice from the kindest lady with purple hair! (Steph may be her name) Very satisfied! ☺️ She is very knowledgeable within her field and most patient. Highly recommend this location! Only location with trusted employees in this area.

Very friendly and helpful service by a gal when I went in this morning. They were out of a couple things I was looking for ( or just don't carry some items there that are online). But that wasn't a super big deal to me. I enjoy going in for the good service.

(For licensed professionals only) this is my favorite beauty supply store to shop from. The staff is always very professional and so helpful. If I’ve ever had a question on a product or couldn’t find a particular product I have always been given amazing recommendations. The staff is always able to help me find what I am looking for and they have such excellent customer service skills. The interior of this location is also so inviting. Everything from the lighting to the organization of the products makes shopping here clear, concise and pleasant. I could spend hours browsing the aisles. On the days I’m in a hurry and know exactly what I am looking for I can always find what I need quickly and be out the door quickly too. Definitely my favorite place to go to purchase all hair and body related supplies.
