“Would recommend, 10/10. I bought a SSD and realized after the fact that I didn't have the screws or tool needed to install. I called them up to see if they sold or had spare screws. The person I talked with, Brett, told me they had spares and to bring in my PC to make sure I grabbed the right type of screw. Then he waited with me to verify my computer worked after the swap.”
“Difficulty to find the exact cause on my computer issues. Upgraded just about everything but in the end no real answers. I asked if I needed a new computer or just update it. Updated seemed more favorable but this did not solve the problems. New computer is needed, so this is more$$$.”
“The man who helped me went above and beyond contiining to take his time explaining things to me and being very helpful.Other computer repair shops won’t even take the time to simply talk about whats going on with your computer until they can start charging you! While these guys looked at it for a few minutes, discussed things with me and showed they cared and truly wanted to help me with my issue. Then when they started working they went straight into it as to not just dilly dally around to charge me for more time.Thanks again Pro Computer Inc! “Perhaps it's just me, but I feel like this store is a little less pushy than other Best Buys tend to be. They are still friendly and want to make sure we're taken care of - but didn't hound or hover so much that it made us uncomfortable (things I've dealt with in the past for Best Buy).
They also had some reasonable prices at least for the items I was there to get while comparing to Amazon, so we're very happy with our experience and will continue to go to this store.”

“These guys are super helpful and nice. My first time walking into the store I just needed a display port cable. When I asked them for the price they just comped it to me. The store was clean and organized, seemed to have everything you could need for a build. The workbench had a few repairs and builds on it and everything was laid out meticulously.
