The price was reasonable, but,,, the room looked clean at first until we found a lot of roaches in the wall, under the table etc. I think this place needs a really good pest control company take care of this matter.

It was clean and comfortable for the price. When I tried to check out and ask for my receipt at the front desk the woman, Lundsey, verbally attacked me for asking. She denied my receipt and said I was wrong for booking online because third parties don't pay taxes. I had no idea what she was talking about. I was just trying to get my receipt. I Google mapped the hotel at 1030 at night when I was exhausted and chose the best price. How was I to know that would be so offensive to this company. They still received my money regardless. I've never been treated so badly for giving a business my money. I will not be returning.

On 11/30/23 at 6:55am I asked the guy at the front desk if he could fix the coffee machine because it wasn’t working, I was greeted with a nasty attitude as he said “is it not up to your standards??” He continued to argue with me and try to dispute the fact that my cup was full of water. I stay at hotel all over the country, for work and leisure, about 4 months of the year, and I have never been treated so rudely and also verbal abused by a person in a customer service position. Do NOT waste your time or money on this joke of a hotel.

Honorable Sir[x]: I regret to inform you that D.C. has plunged into darkness. There are no leaders, and chaos could be around the corner. Last night a Senator [SC], threatened women across this land, off a tangent of his evil mind. He is right, the women of America are generally entitled and overbearing. Still, our Constitution protects them from insane leaders. His rhetoric was alarming, but the cowards at the F.B.I. or our military are too timid to face real danger, during an arrest. I ask that you consider Project Texas in lieu of plans such as these. The military cannot be trusted, and politicians are beginning to serve free of elections. Our planet is crippled, by man... with a simple task -- yet -- blurred by debauchery, of the mad. Can you save us, sir? [9-9]

Great bang for your buck. Rooms are nice and clean. Water pressure is good for showers. They have a hot tub and pool. Wifi is strong (but you have to log on a lot). Employees are cheerful. Lesa at the front desk was amazing. It was busy and she was very kind and helpful - just a great big, positive attitude. What a wonderful employee who made a tired traveler, like me, very happy.

Room was clean but dated with little signs of poor care. Like the bathroom door that hinges in the middle. The outlets are work and devices easily fall outEmployees were polite but flat refused to make my payment tax exempt. They both said, "well you are getting the gov't rate." Well, no kidding. Why do you suppose I wanted tax exempt as well?Parking is very limited and the location isn't exactly ideal. There is no parking for large vehicles without blocking multiple parking spots, or parking in the street. There are a few restaurants and fast food choices nearby but access is challenging with at least one very strange intersection in the route.

BED BUGS and COCKROACHES!! I recently worked there and I can tell you this place is horrible!! It is infested with bed bugs and COCKROACHES in several rooms!! Horrible wet dog smell in every room. I truly felt bad for everyone I rented a room to. Their lemon water container is never cleaned, at all with scum and mold. Their food is not cooked properly and expired making people sick. I just walked out when I realized how people were getting sick and infested with bed bugs and roaches. The roaches had even infested the kitchen. I was worried about being there myself as an employee! The management is disgusting! Go stay anywhere else you won't expose yourself or your family to infestations or food borne illness. Way overpriced for what you get! Don't put yourself at risk. Frequent break ins and theft from vehicles in the parking lot. It is just gross. I feel bad outing them, but it isn't right how they are treating their people. I didn't feel okay working there knowing how horrible it was. I have pictures of the bed bugs, cockroaches, dirty food preparation areas and expired food.Rooms: Bed bugs, cockroaches and dirty rooms. Gross carpet. Pet rooms not sanitized. Horrible smell, like wet dog in every room.Safety: Frequent thefts of vehicles in parking lot. Huge risk of foodbourne illness and infestation.Noteworthy details: Bed bug and COCKROACH infestation. Dirty rooms. Unsafe food/beverage handling. Lemon water container is NEVER cleaned. Eggs are not cooked properly. Expired yogurt, eggs and milk being served. I felt bad for everyone I rented a room to.

We went there to relax after camping and I cannot be any more grateful for a comfy bed, clean sheets and an amazing shower where you could wash your hands too because it didn't affect the shower! This place was absolutely amazing and the people were nice so if you stop by Utah and need a place to stay this is it!

The staff was friendly and nice. But the room smelled bad. Like wet dog. But they say they have a not pet policy. There were ants in the form, and the feel of the hotel was dirty overall. It was fine for a night but would not go again.

Paid for an additional night had a do not disturb sign up and my wife was walked in on naked. She panicked ran to the bathroom, fell hit her head and got told to go to the ER and we would be taken care of. Following day we had to fight for any sort of service and despite being told we were being given a 50 percent discount for the night we were instead charged an additional 50 dollars which was EVENTUALLY returned but the discount was never seen. We had police called on us and the hotel was told it was a waste of police resources. The front desk worker also was ranting to my chrinically ill wife for extended period of time about all of her health problems when we just wanted to get to our room. That worker should not be in the service industry . She told us to fill out an incident report, but then couldn't locate them and never followed up. After returning to ask about the discount we were promised we were told by the same worker she couldn't do anything and despite being stern yet polite was threatened to have the police called again. We just wanted what we were promised which still hasn't happenedWORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IN 32 YEARS

I have only been here one night and an afternoon. First night the wifi is non existent in the rooms and I tried using the phone to call to the front desk and the phone is dead. So I go down to the lobby to let the front desk know the lady at the desk got defensive and said she couldn't do anything and wrote a not for the manager. Come morning go down for breakfast and there are ants crawling around the waffle makers and syrup. I went neck up to my room to take a shower and the shower head was dirty with dirt and lime build up. I go out to run a few errands and come back to my room with wifi still not working and maintenance working on the phone saying the phone is beyond a simple repair and I need to move rooms. I get that all set up and the AC unit in this room is so loud when it's running. It sounds like it's loose or there is something loose that vibrates when it runs every 10 min.The new room also has water damage on the ceiling causing the paint the blister. The shower head in this room is dirtier than the previous room.I have 6 more days to go here.

Stopped here for one night on a road trip. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good location and restaurants within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable with very nice sheets and pillows. Room was clean aside from the very stained/soiled drapes and the A/C definitely struggled. The overwhelming smell of smoke and marijuana in the halls and elevator was a definite turn-off.

Lisa and April were at the front desk when we arrived. They provided EXCELLENT service and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. If Lisa is there when you arrive and you like to chat, stay and have a conversation. She has a beautiful soul and I left feeling happier than when I arrived.

I was traveling with my service dog and made sure to indicate on the reservation beforehand, as I always do, that he would be with me. We have never had any issues with this at another hotel before. I checked in with no problems and was put in an accessible room, per my indication of a service animal. This room had a pretty noticeable collection of dog hair in the corner when I first walked in, and my dog doesn’t shed/had never been here before so it clearly wasn’t his. This didn’t bother me, because I figured this room was where most service animals stayed. The second day of my trip I returned to the hotel with my dog and, while walking towards the elevator, I was startled to hear a woman at the front desk in the lobby shouting loudly at me to stop because “Pets aren’t allowed”. I told her which room I was in and explained that the woman who checked me in the night prior was aware I had a service animal. She groaned loudly several times and told me I was in the wrong room, then demanded to know who checked me in. Overall very unprofessional behavior. This entire encounter was so startling and I was deeply embarrassed and upset. She made a scene in front of other guests and hotel staff. I was nervous to leave my room for the rest of my stay. If I wasn’t traveling for business, I would have checked out immediately. I won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn again. A truly disappointing experience.(While writing this, I checked the website and they do claim to be pet friendly, which is even more bizarre.)Photos of the dog hair I found in the room upon check in are attached.

Stayed for 5 days on business. Everything you expect from comfort inn. Clean room, good breakfast, nice little pool and hot tub. Reasonable price.Nearby activities: Everything you need is close by. Walmart, lots of restaurants and a mall with a movie theater within a 5 minute drive.
