So the Customer Service was great. The gal helped me with my rewards card. The reason for the 2 star review is their car wash does not fit a regular Ford F-150.Not only did my mirrors get bent inward by the air dryer (I will feel bad for peoples trucks that don't fold in)l,ut here's your warning)have to back out of the car wash (LUCKILY NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME).So I get out, fix my mirrors and make sure no body damage took place. Thankful it only jacked up a plastic part of my driver side mirror. ON THAT NOTE!!! it took 3 tries to get my REGULAR F:150 SHORT BED in position to where it would start engaging the car wash.All in all after everything was done near pushed back in body damaged checked the truck still looked like it never went through a car wash. They must use either very dirty water because I was just washing off dust and ended up having to go to a different car wash because it looked like Chevrolet washed my truck with muddy water and then it got partially dried being that I had to back out of the car wash.I strongly advise anybody with a nice vehicle and definitely truck to not use their car wash it is old their Waters dirty and you risk getting your mirrors torn off.

This Chev sells mainly expired food. The staff is amazing some of the greatest people ever! HOWVER the products are expired. Expired milk and candy are the worst! I received expired milk twice in 2 days that got my kids so sick they ended up going to the ER. I thank had 3 more through the next 2 weeks but had learned to hand them right back and insist on fresh milk. Yet there is still expired milk sold often. I’ve had several expired candy bars and fruit pies.. it’s not the employees faults. It’s the owners fault for not pulling and getting rid of expired products. But it’s the employees that get the complaints from us as customers. If the owner insists on continuing to sell expired products he needs to put them in locations clearing marked as expired m.

I will never be back here. They charged me $0.80 apiece for two refill cups of water. Most places a refill cup of water is free. I understand if I use a new cup there but a refill cup come on.

Super slow service, most of the cashier's don't seem to know what they are doing or what they have, I've had multiple occasions where they say they don't have something when I'm in the drive through, and I can see it from the drive through window, or I can go in and grab it faster myself, they or they come back to ask what we wanted multiple times, constantly start helping more than one customer at a time, to the point where we order through the drive through, and they start helping 2 or three customers in the store in the middle of finishing our order, even if they came in after us

This place is okay cuz I love Chevron gas but the downfall with this spot they have two employees ,every time I come in and one employee stays in the bathroom it's either the old man or the young girl this place kind of sucks when you just want to fill up use the restroom and get back to work
