Great service received from this bank and location. Very accommodating, friendly and quick. Military friendly banking and good products. This location is convenient, quick and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. Recommend, especially when compounded with bonus incentives to open accounts. Received $300 for checking acct, and fee free

This bank is the least customer service oriented bank I have ever been to. They remodeled it a few months ago to eliminate their drive through service and install a new fancy ATM. I only use this bank to make deposits for a client, so I have to go inside where I am met by two bankers trying to get me to use an ATM. I don't have an ATM card so I can't use an ATM. There is only one actual teller person. It takes forever no matter how long the line is. Instead of standing around trying to get people using an ATM, how about actual doing something? This is a joke.

Just came in to make a transaction on a corporate accounting. Their computers were down and I was sent to another branch. This is the 3rd time I've encountered this issue at this branch. 3 strikes Chase. Yer out!

They always only have one, maybe two tellers no matter how long the line is. And they are constantly trying to get you to use their ATM when you go in, not sure if it's due to lazy employees or not staffing enough tellers but if I wanted to use the ATM I wouldn't have gotten out of my car and gone in.

Pretty standard bank. My boss banks here which is why I come in. I do business deposits and transactions here for him. I was a customer of theirs back when they took over Washington Mutual. However, I did not like their fee peddling for the smaller customers so I closed my account with them. I've met both nice and rude people at this bank. However, the rude ones are long gone. My kids enjoy the free hot chocolate that they offer on the occasion that they are with me while I drop off a deposit.
