I have been taking my work car here on multiple visits. They have always been honest and did a great job. I decided to bring in my personal vehicle instead of going to the dealership for an oil change. After getting my truck back I noticed a vibration and noise in the front of my truck at low speeds. I took it to the dealer and had them look it over. They came back and asked if I had had it serviced recently. I responded yes, then they tossed me a bolt from my skid plate. They said it looks like the person who did your oil took off the whole skid plate, and then used an impact gun and cross threaded all your bolts. The one they tossed to me, said it almost fell out. They stated the skid plate has an access window and doesnt require the bolts to be removed. Calling BJs about what happened, they put me on hold a few times. They said they wanted me to speak to the manger. I never got to speak with him. They instead said well you have to pay to have it fixed and then we will cover the cost. I just dont trust them to pay for it. What happens if I do and they say I dont have proof they did the work. Just stay away.

They went out of their way to help me replace both axles on my boat trailer in one day, enabling me to still enjoy the weekend boating instead of floating ?

Went for an alignment after having a dealer install some worn ball joints and also did an "alignment" with the steering wheel off 20 degrees. BJ Tire Pros took care of it and my car now drives straight as an arrow. A great, clean and friendly shop.

They not only did an excellent job on my car, but their customer service was amazing. They reached out about things that could by chance need fixing, but no rush on it. They werent pushy with me. It was really great.
