Received junk mail from this place today. They tried to make it look like important mail from America First Credit Union. Reaks of SCAMCompany has been in business over 8 years and on has 31 reviews. Not better business bureau registered??? Sends out questionable junk mail ????I’m not interested but for those looking I’d recommend you find a reputable place and steer away from this place

Had the best experience working with Gina Johnson to secure our home loan. She was very kind and patient as she worked with us to see what we could qualify for, and was willing to patiently work with us through the whole process. I've happily referred her and Beam Lending to a few different friends. Great finding someone like that you can trust with your loved ones.

Gina is the BOMB! She is so helpful, kind and knows her job well. She has helped us twice, my two nephews and brother in law on purchases and refinances. If there is a better option out there she will let you know or if that type is loan isn't great for you she will explain why. As long as she is doing loans we will be using her.

When you are trusting a company with a life-changing amount of money, you expect the customer service to reflect that.Working with Beam was by far the most stressful part of building a house. In the beginning of the process it became evident that we were not an important client and our concerns were not a priority to our loan officer. I received emails from the processor asking for documents I had already sent.On the day we went to close on our construction loan, our loan was $5000 short. Then the day before we were supposed to close on the loan for the house, they told us we would not be able to close because they missed a major detail in the qualification process.We felt that they mislead us on multiple occasions about closing costs. Whenever I asked about fees and closing costs I got a different answer from three different people that we worked with.A month after we closed, we received a letter from our insurance company stating that our lender had not paid our home insurance and our policy was going to be terminated.Over all, we felt that the employees at Beam Lending were hard to work with, incompetent and did not communicate well with us or each other.
