Tried twice to get a key copied. First time the machine was broken second time the person who was certified to do it wasn’t there.

Do not buy key fob from them. They cut the key and attempted programming while I left the car. When I returned, they said they couldn't program it and take it to the dealership. Dealership said it was not programmable and they see this happen often. Store would not issue refund because they said the key was already cut. Very nice and apologized but no refund for non-functional fob.

They say open 8am M-F. I pull up 5min after 8 on a Tuesday. They were closed. I waited 15min still wasn’t open..

It's been a while that this has happened but I'm giving them a 2 out 5 because I took my iPhone in to get the screen replaced and they told me that they had damaged my home button, I was very very upset but they told me they could fix it, only catch was I had to wait about 4 days for the piece to come in. So the day I took it in again it was fixed, only issue was I wasn't able to use my Touch ID on my home button again, and there was nothing that the technician could do, so I just had enough of this and that. They really need to be trained more on customer service skills (not that they were rude or anything but the guy at the time had to ask the tech in the back for every little question I had and the tech didn't really bother to come to the front at all to answer any questions)and phone fixing of any sort. I wouldn't really recommend bringing your IPhone to this place just cause of the issues I had, I wouldn't want my situation to be someone's situation too.

I came into the store and had a list of questions for my car battery issues. While waiting in line, I saw a young girl get her manager for a very rude customer. The manager explained that he could not be refunded because he bought a wrong battery and was opened. I think with how rude and very entitled the customer behaved and got treated very politely despite the fact of his behavior. The staff had great patience. I'm not too sure I would have had the same amount of patience with a customer like that.

Bought a battery for a bathroom scale and they came 2 in a package for $10.00. Took them home to find it did not work. Took them back the very next day with the receipt to get a refund. They had the manager come out to talk to me. He explained he could not give a refund due to the fact that the package had been opened. I asked how I would know they didn’t work without opening the package and try them. I then asked for a store credit and denied again. He said I could drive home and bring the scale back so he could see if it was just my scale. He was rude and really the worst excuse of a manager I have ever seen. I asked to talk to his manager and he said call corporate and he could care less. This is the second bad experience here. Just say no. Drive across the street to Walmart and get service at a cheaper price without a rude idiot. After reading all the bad reviews I know I will get the same response they give everyone with a touch of a button

Never never take an iPhone here! They told us they could replace our sons screen in his iPhone. After they did, nothing worked, and now Apple won’t touch it. Now we’re out an 800$ phone. Thanks a bunch!

I submitted my phone to get repaired due to a partially blacked-out screen and was told by my phone carrier to bring it in to get fixed at this location. I left it overnight and came back the next day to it at %15 battery and not fixed due to technical issues due to parts not being compatible with what was in stock at the store. So now my phone is still not fixed and had to charge it at work. Luckily someone had a charger on hand. If you tell me that it will be ready the next day and that it will be charged and neither tasks have been fulfilled then I am going to say something about it. The young man I spoke to at the front was respectful and wasn't rude, so I'm not going to go lower than 2, but I'm not happy with the outcome and hope this establishment in the future ensures .that they do what they say they will do. I'll do business with this place, but I'll bring this situation to other people's attention for public education.

Long story. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Absolutely do not take your cell phone to get worked on here they damaged the power button, and told me that they had to take all of the insides of my phone and put it in another phone back. The back case was not an apple case. It was a plastic case, and I tried to explain to them that the phone would not be worth anything unless it had the original parts. The kid (Daniel) who worked on it, and the manager both refused to help me. And between the two of them, we had some pretty heated words. When I picked up the phone, the kid working on it came out to take a picture of my license plate. I asked him why, and he flipped me off and ran into the store. I went to go into the store to confront him, and he locked the door and sat behind the glass and yelled expletives at me. I called his boss and told him and he said he would talk to him about it. my phone has not worked right since. I rarely leave negative reviews about businesses, but this was terrible. I honestly think they’re running a racket that involves harvesting Apple parts replacing them with lesser parts.
