Use with caution for screen repair. I thought this was a great choice because of the reviews but I would save your money and go elsewhere. I have them fix an iPhone 14 Plus screen and it didn’t even last two weeks. The phone went into a. Shock absorbing case as well as an added screen protector. It fell from the coach to the rug and the screen won’t work now. The screen protector was fine and no visible damage but the store will do nothing. They said the 12’s and later have this screens and they break easily. So it was a $250 waist. The manager said they could replace it for another $200… I laughed. Why would anyone pay to have it replaced again a few weeks later just for them to say they have no warranty and it will most likely crack again. I will never support a business with such poor customer service.

Always have what I need and are extremely helpful. I’m not able to carry heavy things and the associates are not only willing but happy to help me get the things I purchased to my car. In the past, they also ordered a special battery that we needed and gave me a better price than anybody else, including mine was willing to give.

I needed a car battery same day that they had in stock. I arrived before 5 p.m. (the time on the door they SAY they close) and of the door was locked. Since you closed early it ruined my weekend.

Came in because my phone wasn't charging, the gentleman who helped me got it working immediately and for NO CHARGE since it was a simple fix. very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable service!

I had a charging problem with my phone and the gentleman there offered to look at my phone and clean it for no additional charge. It fixed my charging problem and he did it while I was there. Even showed me what he was doing. Very friendly and even gave me a coupon in case I needed to change my phone battery. Excellent customer service!

Very unprofessional. Made 3 attempts to get my phone fixed thru them and Assurant. Still broken. Just terrible service. The manager is incompetent and greasy liar.

Tried twice to get a key copied. First time the machine was broken second time the person who was certified to do it wasn’t there.

Do not buy key fob from them. They cut the key and attempted programming while I left the car. When I returned, they said they couldn't program it and take it to the dealership. Dealership said it was not programmable and they see this happen often. Store would not issue refund because they said the key was already cut. Very nice and apologized but no refund for non-functional fob.

It's been a while that this has happened but I'm giving them a 2 out 5 because I took my iPhone in to get the screen replaced and they told me that they had damaged my home button, I was very very upset but they told me they could fix it, only catch was I had to wait about 4 days for the piece to come in. So the day I took it in again it was fixed, only issue was I wasn't able to use my Touch ID on my home button again, and there was nothing that the technician could do, so I just had enough of this and that. They really need to be trained more on customer service skills (not that they were rude or anything but the guy at the time had to ask the tech in the back for every little question I had and the tech didn't really bother to come to the front at all to answer any questions)and phone fixing of any sort. I wouldn't really recommend bringing your IPhone to this place just cause of the issues I had, I wouldn't want my situation to be someone's situation too.
