I strongly advise against dealing with this company. Their customer service is abysmal and their staff appear to be ignorant about the products or services they offer. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of them.

Be careful ordering checks from BMO , They hit me for $147.00 for checks . Ridiculous !

FIX YOUR ATM! You can’t make deposits unless you do one bill at at time! This has been an issue for over a year! At least stay open until 6:00 if you can’t have a functioning atm. I pay to be a member of this bank I shouldn’t have to stay at the atm for 15-20 minutes depositing each bill.

Waited at the empty drive through for 10 minutes. I even honked. Going inside the lobby was empty and the cashier appeared to be busy on her phone. Just gross. And a huge waste of time.

I have never had such a poor customer service experience as I did with Bank of the West. 45 minute wait times when calling in to people not knowing what is going on. I had a car lease through BOTW and I called in for a pay-off in early July. they gave me the amount and I sold my car and made the pay off. I called 3 weeks later only to find they gave me the wrong pay off amount and I still owed $60. I paid that immediately and she said she would send out the title. a couple weeks later I called agian. (45 min wait plus) only to be told i needed to talk to the title department. (30 min wait), they proceeded to tell me it would take another 2-3 weeks to get the title. meanwhile the people that purchased my car cannot get another extension on the temp registration and now can't drive the car. still waiting for my title. 9-14-20. sold my car and paid the supposed payoff amount the second week of july.it is ridiculous the wait times 30, 40, 50 minutes. what a joke

I have been with Bank of the West for over 10 years, and for good reason. They are friendly, efficient, and trustworthy - just what I'm looking for in someone who handles my money.

Are you tired of the "big bank' your dealing with and all the long waits? We were and left Chase for this Bank of the West branch. You can actually get to a window without a wait. Chris the bank manager is there to help you on a down to Earth stop at my desk for help if you need it. Tracy is also at a help desk in the lobby to help with any issues as well. Tracy knows a lot of "stuff" too. in short this is banking with people who will treat you like a "person". They are easy to talk to. Try this small bank if your tired of the big banks that treat you like a number. You will like it. Its all about the people. Oh by the way we are retirees with only a small account. We are NOT big account holders. They treat everybody well! Highly reccomended!
