Dea and Marcus were such a huge help!! They really made my car buying experience so amazing and really made me feel listened to. The dealership has a great car selection, and are even able to find cars at other dealerships if they don’t have what you want there. They even give a referral bonus if you refer a friend and they buy a car which is a cool thing to offer. Definitely recommend for all your car needs!!

Nice people up front, but sleazy business practice from what I experienced. Member of their team reached out to me on Facebook after I listed my car. Said that after looking at the car and mileage and whatnot, he thinks they could give me my asking price.
Also said since it's the end of the month, they'd be even more eager (I had to step away from work to make the appointment time work well).
I go in, and they look at the car, and they offer almost 75% under what I had it listed at. I know they have to make money, and I didn't expect asking price, but I'd already received 3 offers for $4000 more than their offer, pretty ridiculous. And the guy that reached out couldn't even meet with me because he was busy with another client.
If I walked it and they low balled me, that's fine. But they reached out to me and made empty promises.
Sleazy, I wouldnt sell or buy a car from them after this experience.

Very dishonest! You need to pay close attention to the changes thy fold extra charges in to your bill. She be a class action suite. I set everything up on line and received a quote. When I arrived thy said that what was on line was not the actual price. They tried to change me more for routine work like oil changes, wheel alignment and brake fluid flush and refill then when I picked up the car there was a nother hidden charge for misalaneis shop materials. They are just nickle and diming you to death. No transparently horribly bad business practices.

Knowledgeable and courteous service staff! We had a malfunction notice on our Audi while traveling through the SLC area. Layton Audi had us back on the road again quickly. We highly recommend this dealership!

We came in to drop off my 2019 Atlas for service and decided to look around the lot. Ibo came out to help us and a few minutes later I was test driving a Q5. He was outgoing and enthusiastic but not pressuring at all. Ibo went above and beyond to help us finish the deal and I would definitely recommend you go see him if you are in the market for a VW or Audi.

Ibrahim Dinler was nothing short of AMAZING today. He is not your typical car salesman and went above and beyond in helping us purchase our new Mach-e. They had my car for over a week and couldn’t diagnose the problem. My car literally died on the way home from their dealership after they said it was working fine. I had the car brought to Audi SLC and they diagnosed the problem in the first day.

Kyle went above and beyond to help fix my rear view mirror. It was super last minute and I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and he had no issue taking my vehicle back right then and there and fixed the problem within a few minutes. 10/10 ?

I will not be back to any young dealerships, especially this one. I went in to look at an S8 and was getting extremely serious about purchasing it and when everything was all good to good for the test drive the manager approached me saying he won’t allow it because i didint seem like i could afford car based off the fact i drove up in a ford fusion. This is extremely irritating and shows you the type of people you would be buying the car from. I do not recommend ever going here.

Melvin is a great salesman to work with, and Devin gave us straightforward answers on estimated payments. We’re paying $34 more per month than the goal we set. That’s pretty close, and we’re getting a great vehicle. This was a much better experience than my last car buying experience.
