main thing to point out is just getting a hold of people on the phone. there recorded audio doesn't work at all. takes at least 20 minutes to finally get a hold of someone if that. wouldn't recommend for online banking in any way

I'm an former lead teller with AFCU and it pains me to write this review. The level of service I received at the Fort Lane Branch Drive Thru on a Saturday afternoon was very disappointing. I pulled up an made eye contact with the teller in the first lane. She greeted me with a half hearted "Hi". I asked for a simple withdrawal. I did ask for one roll of coin of $25 Gold Dollars (That's why I used the drawer instead of a tube). She said she didn't have any in her drawer. I then asked what about your vault. She replied I don't know. Stunned I asked, Can you go and check? ultimately she came back with what I requested and I the transaction ended with a "Here you Go". Not a thanks for coming in, or see you next time. I will admit I may have come off a little salty, but I was so taken aback by the lack of concern and professionalism.
I do not plan to use the Fort Lane Branch in the future.

Threatened to close all my accounts with thousands in each when ONE little account went TWELVE dollars under. They gave me under 30 days too, like the heck guys?? Time to move banks.

I am so extremely impressed with the service I always get from Teri, Christi, and Teri. They never push me off or make me start over or feel dumb when I need something for my business account. Thank you for doing your job so well!!!

Staff wanted to put a 9 day hold on my check. I could understand 3 or 4, but 9 for minorities apparently. Awful experience. Supervisor refused to speak with me as well.

Teri A. recently helped me apply for a loan. She was sincere, professional, and overall very easy to communicate with. Her customer service is 100%, and you can basically hear her smile through the phone.Here’s a huge kudos to Teri for being amazing at her job, and making a difference in my day. Thank you for being a personable, genuine human.

This person is absolutely terrible. We went in to finalize a loan and she just didn’t seem like she new what she was doing and was very rude didn’t wanna help us.

Had a fraudulent charge and went into this branch a half hour before close. The tellers were kind enough to stay nearly twenty minutes after to make sure my account was taken care of! Very much appreciated! I don’t give a 5 star because the first teller to help me seemed less than enthusiastic about doing so but the second lady (sorry don’t remember names) was great!

The branch wasted our time. They were unable to provide in person services to start a mortgage refinancing though I was assured multiple time from previous conversations with america first that I would be able to just walk in be able to have someone help. This isn't the the first time we have tried using this service in the last two years, but it will be the last.

Stacie was an incredible help to my husband and I when purchasing my new vehicle. She made the process so easy and answered all my questions.
