Adam and his team really go the extra mile. He got us a great price ( way below appraisal value ) on our new home, plus he talked the contractor into throwing in some choice upgrades for free. When selling our home he got us an offer above our asking price. And when our buyers realtor started dropping the ball Adam stepped right in and made it work. Even after the sell and purchase of our homes Adam has been there to help. Recommending local contractors for my needs. He knows this area very well and it's very apparent after you start looking for houses. This is the realtor you'll use again.

Adam was a pleasure to work with on a very difficult file. He was the listing agent and made a point to reach out to me (Buyers Lender) to work thru issues and delays that were being presented by the buyers. I thought this file died 3 times due to delays, but each time Adam was able to work with the sellers and help them see the benefit of keeping the file alive. I would highly recommend Adam. I've worked with him since 2004 when he got me into my first home. Since then he has helped buy and sale several homes. In every case he has went above and beyond to get me into and sale my homes very quickly. He understands the Real-estate market very well, and is a professional at what he does. "We appreciate everything Adam did to make it possible to sell our home. He was highly recommended to us and we clicked with him on our first meeting. Our home was a long ways from being empty and he provided a trailer for us to dump our junk in. He also knew the value of homes and was patient with us senior citizens. He was honest and always available even when he was out of town he would help us and even answer calls after 9 at his home. He also gave us time guidelines to meet. He had our home cleaned and paid out of his pocket for two items that did not pass inspection. I have to say our home would probably still be on the market without the competent real estate agent Adam Spaeth."

It's a difficult market for buyers out there. We put in offers on 8 homes, some with Adam's help, others without. We did a ton of our own legwork from finding the properties and shopping mortgages. Adam helped take everything one step further. He ran comps on the homes I found. He helped us strategize on our offering. When I shopped the hell out of my mortgage, he took it to his guy who got me an even better deal (I didn't think that was possible). When we got our inspection done, he leveraged it to get the seller to cover all our closing costs and a home warranty (totally unheard of in this market). Adam knows his stuff. I'd shop or sell with him again in a heartbeat.

Adam was more than anyone could ask for. He was constantly letting me know what homes were available, what was coming up, and what he had in mind for us. He found us a house off the market that was in our price range and that worked out for us perfectly. He found us exactly what we wanted in a great location for a killer price.
