DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. THE GAS PUMP "STEALS YOUR MONEY "I tried to use my debit card at the pump and all I did was swipe it and i got a message to call my card issuer. THE PUMP PUT A 125 DOLLAR HOLD ON MY CARD BEFORE I PUT IN ANY CASH AMOUNT. The cashier who didn't speak enough English to understand me said that was normal. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

The workers are incompetent and very rude. Every coke I've ever ordered from there has been diet. I have went back and asked them what the problem was and he said he just mixes coke zero with diet coke when they get orders from dordash. They are always on the phone and never wearing deodorant. The whole store smells awful

The guy working won't accept coupons and will overcharge you for everything and if you call him on it he pretends like he doesn't speak English check your receipt.

I got two snickers 2/4 and two bags of seeds 2/4 with my numbered entered they rang up 2.79 each Basically trying to over charge 4 bucks when I brought it up to the same guy we all see in there he said it cause I got one salted and one cracked pepper. So I asked about the snickers and he said it’s an old sign.IF THEY ARE WILLING TO TRY TO LOW KEY SCREW PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT BEYOND TRYING TO HIT YOUR CARD WITH A FAKE SCANNER smells like B.O 100% of the time. Cashier are still on the phone while checking out or ignoring you completely. Or waiting in line forever while they get door dash orders ready. With customers in line
Store has gone down hill fast. Always dirty, and out of something. Prices are significantly higher than maverick. I will drive out of my way to hit a maverick from here on out

It seems that 7-11 is only interested in putting money in their pockets from marking everything out of stock besides 7-11 brand to lying in person saying merchandise is not going to be restocked so buy it now , to have it stocked for the last 6 months. Don’t shop here.

I see that I am not the only one is disturbed by this store. The worker is always on the phone and very disrespectful and rude. The management is bad too they been noticing all these bad reviews with same issue and not doing anything about it. This is very unprofessional and should not operate a facility that serves the community.

Clerk always on the phone, making you wait or just ignoring you. When you finally get service, you’re likely getting scammed. Verify the above average prices and total are correct. Only shop here if no time for an alternate.

There’s a cashier there all the time and not only is he constantly on his phone either on a call or face time but he’s also extremely weird towards me. I’m extremely uncomfortable every time I’m here. He talks about the way I look and dress, is pushy about me having a bag (? Don’t know why?), asks if I’m going home now (which would seem like friendly chat but it’s clear I’m not comfortable with asking about work and home), he talks to his coworkers in Spanish ABOUT ME, yes I know it’s about me when I’m being pointed at and my mom knows enough Spanish to know they are, he’s always quick to take over the register when I come in even when someone else was already doing it, his actions only stop when my brother is with me. But the worst is today when he answers a face time AGAIN and angles his phone up where I’d end up in the shot in the aisle I’m standing in. Of course he has no tag or identification to be reported properly

Worst 711 ever one of the dude has been scamming customers, my brother got a hot dog that said for 1.79$ and get a 0.99 bags of chip with any hot grill item we went to go check out and the dude said no. Enraged I asked it said right on one of the signs for the deals. He kept implying it was for the nachos when earlier my brother asked how much the nachos were which was almost 3 dollars. He charged almost 3 dollars for a damn hot dog. I called him out saying does he always scam his customers, seeing he had done this before and charges extra 25 cents for no reason. Please do not go to this 711 they will scam you and not care. Specifically the main Indian dude who works there. Not to mention he pervs on my own mother which is highly inappropriate but not only that gives her free soda and ice. I guess you have to be liked now to get special privileges. This man needs to be fired immediately.

I just got nachos from you guys. And your nacho cheese is DISGUSTING! It’s old and I believe expired, I couldn’t even eat one chip without nearly throwing up from how sour it tasted! Terrible terrible terrible! ?
