Pease please please take my advice if you are looking for a stay in Zion this place is absolutely amazing beautiful and very clean full of a great spirit of hospitality and services to people. We got here late from traveling. And our host literally turned on the the heater remotely and the cottage was nice and warm for us as we came in and we just want to ask whoever is seeing this stay here

Such a cute place. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. It really is the way to experience the local flavor is southern utah. It was perfect for our little family.

We had a nice stay in Bunkhouse 3B. Liked the large 2 King beds. Having a full fridge with ice maker, microwave was really nice. The outdoor patio and lawn is spacious and tidy and great for families. Only real downside was asking for a few extra sheets or towels and we were told basically "why do you need them?" I've never had a hotel or anywhere say that or ask that. So we ended up just not getting them and using what we had. But that was a bit surprising and a bit of a disappointment. But again we had a nice stay.

Don't go here. Just get a hotel, it'll be way better I promise.Pros:* big room* big main bed* plenty of towels for the roomCons:* Biggest one - the lady who runs the place was unlocking our door two hours before checkout at 8 AM. I had to jump out of bed to see who it was and then she apologized. She did this *again* an hour later. It was 9 AM, checkout is at 10 AM. Very annoying to say the least* room had a very distinct odor when we came in. We got used to it but not pleasant* the walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation around you in bordering rooms

Good location about 20ish minutes from Zion. Away from the crowds. Room was clean and as depicted on the website. The bed was ok, not a luxury hotel, but ok. It had a kitchenette and was stocked with a coffee machine and other small appliances. The room had its own hot water heater which I thought was neat, but a family might need to time showers. I was in 11A.

Clean and had everything I needed. Having a full kitchen and a gas grill was great. After a day of site seeing I could relax and put steaks on the grill. Save money and have a great meal. Fantastic

This is a great place to stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable. There is no direct contact with the staff but if you can read and follow directions it's pretty straightforward. It's more of a casual camp ground style situation. Cabins are well equipped for you to bring food in and make your own meals rather than dinning out.

Stayed 8/14/23 8/16/23Took redeye and arrived at 1am in Las Vegas. Flight had medical emergency and wasn't able to get sleep. Drove to Zion NP. spent the day hiking and arrived 1-1/2 hours early for check-in. Went to room and key code would not work but could see room was clean (window open). Called service number and got message to text them for immediate service. Texted twice in 25min. Got no response, never did. Waited 1-1/2 hours in 95 degree heat for access code to work. Texted later and thanked them for the (great) customer service and did not ever here back until they ask for a review. If I could give zero stars.

I’m sure it’s worth to mention that they have a charger (2) wasn’t mentioned in amenities. The room was very clean and everything was perfectly prepared. You got a shop around and restaurant too. Perfect for longer stay !

Stayed four nights in a bunkhouse. Upon entering the room the king bed WAS NOT CLEAN. There was hair and dirt all over the sheets as well as a bug. The thin blanket and sheets were stained. Do they not clean the bedding between guests? We had to buy a sheet and blanket from Walmart in order to feel comfortable sleeping on the bed. It was dusty and the floors were dirty, like they had not been mopped in a while. I wiped down the counters as well which brought up dirt. Ants kept coming up from the sink, and there were several gnats already in the room when we got here. The fridge/freezer woke us up throughout the night with loud knocking-like sounds. On our last night the connected unit could be heard trying to get into our room via the connected door. I don’t know how this place has such great reviews because this is by far the worst location I have ever stayed in. If you’re visiting Zion NP I’d recommend staying someplace else unless you like bugs and sleeping in someone else’s hair.

We used to really love this place. The good: reasonable rates, many amenities, decent location. The bad: the bed. You can feel the springs through the mattress. Bring your own foam if sleeping there. Perhaps the owners will read this and do foam covering. The refrigerator makes occasional loud noises that you hear through earplugs at night. Disturbing. Questionable: we stayed in the Spring when there was low occupancy, yet with all the other available rooms, we had neighbors every night on the common wall.Probably won't go back.

I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and I can honestly say this is the best one I have ever visited. It was spotlessly clean, easy to find and enter, great parking, and great location to Zion. The bedrooms were huge, with a king sized bed and twin bed in each, so you could easily sleep 6 adults here, and more if people were willing to do air mattresses in the living room. The bathrooms were great, and fully stocked with many towels. Great shower and bath tub.The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, including a crock pot and waffle maker! They ever had a pancake/waffle mix out on the counter which was so cute. The tv was easy to use and had lots of app options. The blinds worked great to keep out the sun. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The street was very quiet, and the little town had a few nice restaurants and was only minutes away from the main drag in Hurricane. I am so happy my husband found this place, what a score! Honestly my only negative notes are nitpicking - one of the twin bed frames was loose and creaky and could use some tightening. The ceiling fan in our room was stuck on the highest mode and we couldn't adjust it. Tiny things like that, but nothing to take away from what a phenomenal experience we had. We don't go to Zion often which is kind of a shame because I would totally stay here again.

Great accommodation. 30 mins from Zion visitors centre. Super clean, spacious and really well thought out with a good kitchenette and even a slow cooker to have dinner ready on returning from a hike! This is one of the best places we’ve stayed this trip and is cheaper than most bad motels. Super happy we found it!

We love coming here ever since we first found out about this place back in 2020. It has the ultimate location for us, 20 minutes from Zion and also 15 minutes from Sand Hollow state park! Rooms are nice and clean, everything that you might need, nothing extra. Great outdoor area for outdoor dining and kids playing. Each small building has it's own gass grill and also there is a place for a camp fire. Great for a family gateway!

Our favorite stay this trip! The room was more clean than any hotel I've ever stayed in. The full size fridge, microwave, dishes/utensils, and fast internet were great. There is no daily room service, but we had quick responses anytime we contacted them! Very good location with nearby gas, groceries, restaurants. Also in the kitchen was a cooler, blender, coffee pot and coffee supplies, crock pot slow cooker, and rice cooker.
