We were charged top shelf prices for low quality accommodations. The drapes didn't close properly and were too short for the window. The security deadbolt didn't work at all. Drywall patches were plainly seen. The lack of maintenance has got to be the worst I've ever seen. To me drywall patches mean the occupants that stay in this place are sometimes rowdy. Which would explain the rumbling and banging I heard at night. The drapes were addressed by management as best as possible considering the late hour we arrived. (Hangers with clips to hold the drapes together. Smart and quick.) The deadbolt was fixed by maintenance because I insisted. I was informed that all these problems were the result of the previous guy. That excuse is so old it's ridiculous. Why not just have your maintenance man go through each unit and critique, fix and/or replace whatever the issues before the customer gets there? First time. Last time.

We like the location and it was quiet, but close enough to Zion National Park. We wish that the breakfast ends at 10 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Mixed experiences... Stayed there two times. Everything perfect on the first stay, great breakfast, nice pool an jets hot-tub - excelent for an evening dip, open in the winter as well. Excellent value for money. 20 min drive to Zion national park - both entrances. On the second stay the breakfast was miserable... both coffee machines broken, out of almost everything... Hardly found what to eat... Something went terribly wrong there...Nearby activities: Zion national park

The staff were horrible. I would leave zero or even negative stars if possible! My sister was here for our BROTHER'S FUNERAL. My sister has stayed here in years past with no issues. However, she had recently fallen and broken her teeth out, broke her jaw, nose and cheek, requiring surgeries. She had not gotten to the phase of having her teeth (dentures) done. She was here for my brothers funeral, and she came in late the one night to get let into her room as she had forgotten her room key. She had obviously been crying-as stated, our brother had just died. The front desk attendant T.D. was incredibly rude, told her they were overbooked (quite laughable-they were nearly vacant!) and that she would have to vacate the premises the next morning well before her reserved stay was booked for. They refused to listen to her at all.I went in the next day to book a room....shockingly enough, they had PLENTY of rooms available. When I asked if I looked presentable enough for them to rent a room too, they froze. I pulled out the program for my brothers funeral, and asked them if they recognized the woman in the pictures with him-my sister they had kicked out for no reason. I asked them why they had judged her based on her appearance, when they knew nothing. That she had endured an accident, resulting in her physical appearance now, and that she had been crying because our brother had JUST DIED. They apologized very minimally/stiffly, and asked what I wanted them to do about it! How about APOLOGIZE! You did not receive one single complaint against her! Not ONE! They kicked her out simply because she didn't meet their ideal of acceptable appearances. He tried to use the excuse that she didn't have her ID-which she did not. When she checked in she had explained that she had lost her phone and her id in the airport. (However, they had NO issues checking her into the room several days prior with no id! T.D. tried to tell me it was because he wasn't aware of no id beforehand, as if he had carte blanche on who could stay or not) I explained this as well the first time I called to be transferred to her room-and the fact that she was here for our brothers funeral services and that we would be calling her room frequently to arrange transportation and many other things for his services. That she had no phone, we would call often. They refused to transfer our calls to her room after the first day!!!! WHAT motel wont transfer calls to a guest room?!?!? Especially after we explained WHY we needed to call her room so often.Simply put, some of the worst, most judgmental staff I have ever come across. My sister had to deal with harsh judgement that was uncalled for during one of the worst trips of her life while trying to say goodbye to her brother and dealing with her grief. And their general manager? A complete coward who refused to speak to my sister, or to us, after making his day staff kick her out. In fact, he left the premises and refused to return after doing so!AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COSTS

Our most incredibly perfect hotel stay ever! Room 317 was huge, clean, quiet, and had the cutest fridge; I wanted to take it home but it wouldn’t fit in my suitcase. Hot tub was nice and hot, great WiFi, hot breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are connected, so, if you are not sharing with other people then it can get a but noisy. The manager and the front desk people were nice enough to ensure that it was under check soon the internet were a bit off.The breakfast had lot many options but they ran out of food and it took time for replenishing the items.Other than that service and quality was great.

Everywhere is very clean and the breakfast is decent. Given the cheaper rate compare to other hotels 10-20 minutes closer to the park, we have 2 rooms internally connected and that makes all the difference(family of 5). Rooms are not very large but are equipped with microwave and mini fridge. I would not mind to stay longer next time and highly recommend this hotel.Nearby activities: Close to Zion duh.

Very clean hotel. The bed is one the most comfortable I have been in and appreciate the choice of pillows.Breakfast was good - we are hikers so appreciated the option of packing a breakfast to go since we left at 6:15am.Staff were friendly, accommodating, and gave us fabulous "local" advice. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy to find open rooms here. We were in the area for 4 days of hiking at Zion. The hotel we had originally booked closed their hot tub for construction after day 1 of our 4 day vacation. A hot tub was a must with all the hiking we had planned. TD was so helpful!

Was going to Zion NP and stayed here for 2 nights. It was about 30 minutes to the park. The bed & pillows were really comfortable which was great after all day hiking. The room & bathroom was spacious. Enjoyed the citrus soap , lotion, shampoo, & conditioner. Had little make up removing kit & a sewing / mending kit which was a nice touch. Had a variety of breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal , pastries, fruit, pancakes etc) with lots of seating. Wasn’t a fan of the color of the walls/ browns but that wasn’t a big deal. They do have a laundry room just make sure to get quarters from the store. There is a grocery store as well as restaurants & gas station close by.
