It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone over the phone and communication hasn’t been as easy lately.

Had to wait an 1 1/2 hours, went back, and still didn't have it ready. It was about 5 minutes for the pharmacist to get off the phone (even though I was at the window) and about 5 minutes longer to get it ready.

Use the app always have to call in anyway half the time they dobt have my medications
