The pharmacy has the worst customer service in town. They have given me bad medication three times and I have to waste money and see my doctor to get new medication.

This store is my closest Walgreens, I've been going here for a few years. I went to get a few items on January 1st around 7pm and upon walking in I could hear 2 females at the register talking loudly, I paid no mind but I could still hear them while shopping. I was in the store for about 10 minutes then proceeded to the cash registers, the 2 female cashiers continued to talk loudly, profanity and all, laughing and talking about drinking the night before ALL WHILE CHECKING A CUSTOMER OUT. They didn't even acknowledge him except when he was handed the receipt. It was my turn, so I was paying attention to their service. First of all, the one younger girl with dark hair and very long lashes was sitting on the counter, back toward me, sitting where the bags go, the other girl was standing facing her talking even when I approached the counter, STILL using profanity while talking!!!! No customer service skills whatsoever!!! When she was done ringing up my items she asked if I wanted a bag...I wanted to say, "no, ill carry all these items out a few at a time" to be sarcastic but thought better of it. Basically this place has turned into a ghetto poorly managed store.

I have never seen a pharmacy take so long to fill a prescription. Drop off at 9:00 AM it’s not ready until 11:00 AM !!!! You guys are ridiculous!!? I will be changing pharmacies for sure, so are my other friends. Enough is enough. Hire more help or figure something out. No wonder the store is never busy!

It was Thanksgiving eve 2019. I have just left urgent care with a child who had fever of 103 and was picking up a prescription and some juices to get his fever down. The reason I had doctor send prescription to Walgreens was because I could also pick up other things he would need. When we arrived at roy Walgreens I went to the window inside the store. The guy was rude, told me it would be one and a half hours because all the called in prescriptions were ahead of me. Really. I told him I am here! With a sick child waiting in person and I was not going to wait that long. He ignored me. Took his time. When I was given the medication he charged me full price. I asked him if he used my insurance. He rolled his eyes and said "I thought you were in a hurry?". He took his time redoing it and the girl at the window told me I shouldn't expect any favors next time by not waiting the full time. The savings from my insurance was 95 percent. I told them I would never get medicine here again.

I would give a 0 cause there's always a problem Im beginning they to think they run my name and just say no can't help but really like the convenience of the store definitely on sundays...wish I could figure out what is the problem cause I know every where else except my medicaid...

My wife had surgery. I went to get medication for her and they refused to let me pick it up because I wasn't on the insurance. So I have to take my wife, who can barely sit up in my car, and they won't let her pick it up because she isn't the "primary account holder" on the insurance because she's on her dad's insurance. So he has to drive up from Orem to get her pills for her, and they hassled him about giving him the pills because they thought we were trying to scam them. THE HOSPITAL WROTE THE PRESCRIPTION. These people are ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE.
