I was denied service!
When I went tonight to return a few Amazon packages, I noticed a printed out sign in front of the register that gave notice that they would not handle Amazon returns after 3pm (it was almost 6pm) then it directed customers to the in store kiosk. I turned and scanned my return code at the kiosk. It was not accepted and a message popped up telling me to seek help at the register. After waiting for a few minutes, one of the two employees came over and looked at my scan code and told me I'd have to take care of the return at the counter. The people who had walked into the UPS after me and were now in line, kindly allowed me to move to the front counter to complete my return. The other employee, irritated, told me returns were to be done at the kiosk. The first employee briefly explained what was going on, to which she begrudgingly continued to tap at her screen to start the return. I showed her my scan code and she informed me I would have to pay for packaging. After listening to her lecture me on the difference between types of returns and her reasons why that return had to be processed that specific way, I told her to skip that one and I provided the code to my second package which fit her criteria for returns that she had informed me of. She scanned it in and printed a receipt. My last return fit the criteria as well, but when I showed her the scan code for it, she told me I would have to go to the kiosk and to it myself. I inquired why, to which she responded she had a long line of customers waiting behind me. I was shocked and taken aback! Wasn't I a customer as well? Half jokingly, I replied, "Are you kidding me?" She responded with a, "No, you'll have to do that at the kiosk." Absolutely no customer service and complete disregard for me as a customer. I did go complete my return at the kiosk (which was completely overrun by packages) because I wanted to check it off my list. However, the experience left me upset and I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there in the future. Had she taken the 30 seconds to just complete the return while I was already at the counter (after I'd already been sent from the kiosk) I might not have been as upset, but her belittling and rigidity will not be in my future nor the future of anyone I know.

I always get polite and speedy service. The store is very organized and the employees are always willing to help and go above and beyond.

Horrible experience. The girl behind the counter saw me standing in line and left to do who knows what in the back. Never came back and finally had to leave. I came back and she was helping another customer with the printer and she disappeared again. Very incompetent people work at this UPS store.

Horrible experience the girl that was helping was mad because she couldn't put tape on the big box so she got into the back and didn't want to come back out however we called her and many people were waiting behind us.

I showed up right at closing time I needed some copies of some medical stuff for my child. I asked the staff if I can make a couple copies it was kind of urgent of course they deny me. I understand it was closing time but their professionalism was not there. Going home was more important than a customer. I get it. Little did they know I was going to give them a tip if they made the copies for me so I'm giving them two stars instead of one because of my timing.

Other than having to wait a bit for customers, I was able to get in and out pretty quick. The employees had everything running smooth and were very helpful.

Normally, I don't have a problem here. But FYI to the workers, if the self return is broken and someone is there trying to return something... SAY SOMETHING or put a note on the machine. 5 people came in after me and the wait at this store sucks

Very rude customer service by the young lady working today! No help whatsoever, not sure why she’s clocked in. Telling a customer “you have to scan it yourself I’m not going to scan it for you” is not how you treat your customers!

I love this store so much they are always so kind to me. I used to live in this area so this was my go to store and I’ve moved across town but I still drive out there to see everyone here. They’re so efficient! Love this crew! Thank you for being great!

I have been coming here for a long time.
A particular employee (Nataya I hope I got her name correct) is amazing and ALWAYS has some wonderful advice to help me ship my items. She really goes above and beyond with customer service and even though it gets busy treats you like you are the only customer at that time. What a great leader she must be for your team! Thank you!

Took my Amazon return, gave me a receipt with a tracking number. Package has not been received by Amazon a week later and the store reps say the tracking number isn’t something they can use to find my package. Ripped off!

It was so quick and easy. I had some Amazon returns to do and all I had to do was tell the associate that and she helped me out quickly and sent me on my way no questions or problems
